SPEC ENGINEERS & CONSULTANTS (P) LTD. was established in the year 1994 by Mr. Rajvinder
Singh Bhamrah. Today we have our presence in over 10 countries and have successfully
completed more than 190 projects owing to our expertise in Edible Oil Refining Plants, Solvent
Extraction Plants & Biodiesel Manufacturing Plants.
We are an ISO 9001:2015 QMS certified company and take pride in supplying plants and services
that conform to international standards of quality. Our core competence is in the Vegetable Oil
Industry and Biodiesel processing industry. We also serve Dairy & Pharmaceutical Industries for
their specific needs. SPEC offers Multi-feedstock-based Biodiesel plants for producing
EN/ASTM/BIS grade Biodiesel.
Owing to our in- house designing as well as manufacturing, we are able to deliver equipment of
exceptional quality that conforms to international standards. Our manufacturing facility is well
equipped with the latest precision machinery and skilled workmen.
Our design and sales office as well as our manufacturing facility is located in New Delhi, India.
We have a dedicated and experienced workforce of 30 in our office, 40 highly-skilled qualified
workmen in our manufacturing facility and, separate teams for site fabrication, installation and
commissioning.
We offer complete solutions ranging from a new complex project to the smallest upgrade or
equipment fabrication. SPEC offers various critical process-equipment such as Heat Exchangers,
Agitators, Autoclaves, Distillation Columns, High Pressure Vessels, Reactors for different sections
such as deodorization & bleaching section, Esterification Vessel for Glycerolysis section, Material
handling systems (conveyors etc.) and other tailor-made equipment depending upon the
requirement of the client.

SERVICES
• CONCEPTUAL DESIGN & FEASIBILITY STUDY
We prepare a conceptual design of the project keeping in mind your requirements and possible
process engineering solutions. In order to determine the feasibility of the project, careful analysis is
carried out considering the practicality of the proposed project. Factors such as process technology,
capital investment, ROI and human resources required that will make the business opportunity a
successful venture for the client.
• FEED (Front End Engineering Design)
FEED is the basic engineering design which helps in estimating the cost of the project. Detailed
Engineering is the next step once FEED is complete and clients have agreed on the cost estimate.
This FEED forms the foundation for Detail Engineering on the basis of which execution of the project
will be carried out. We offer FEED for individual sections as well as complete FEED of the project.
• EPC (Engineering, procurement & construction)/TURNKEY
SPEC specializes in complete EPC/TURNKEY projects for Oil Milling, Edible Oil Refineries, Biodiesel
plant, Solvent Extraction plant, Winterization plant, Margarine & Shortening plant, Hydrogenation
plant, Distillation plant, Soap manufacturing plant, Oleo-chemical plants & other tailor-made process
plants etc.
• PMC (Project management consultancy)
SPEC offers project management solutions which allows the client to ensure the completion of their
project in agreed time and budget. Our project management team (PMT) assigned to the project
stays constantly in touch with the clients. We make sure that the EPC Contractor is carrying out the
works in accordance with the agreed scope of work. Technical inspections and regular progress
reports help us in analyzing & optimizing the project while ensuring that the EPC Contractor delivers
a functioning facility which conforms to the international standards of quality.

• PRESSURE VESSELS & EQUIPMENT FABRICATION
Our equipment is fabricated using superior quality raw
material which is examined for any defects and all
material test certificates are taken into consideration
before the raw material is approved to be used for
fabrication. We follow a strict quality assurance
program which ensures that the final product is of
superior quality. With the help of our experienced ESTERIFICATION VESSEL
design team and their impeccable designing, our
equipment is known to be robust and sturdy with a
long life and reduced wear and tear. This is also made
possible because our fabrication team which consists
of highly skilled workers including certified X-ray
welders & precision machining.

• REPAIR, EXPANSION, AUTOMATION & MODERNIZATION OF EXISTING UNIT.
With our vast experience in the industry we can help increase the productivity of an existing
unit by carefully inspecting the process parameters, identifying the problem & taking
appropriate measures required to rectify the problem. We also offer PLC automation of
existing unit which provides better control over the process and upgrading any old
instrumentation. This helps the client to increase the productivity of the unit.
• INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING EXECUTION.
The company has separate teams for Site fabrication, installation and commissioning of
plant and machinery. The project manager assigned to the project have thorough knowledge
of our in-house equipment design, structural foundations, piping details, layout plans and
managerial skills to handle on-site team. Our on-site workmen are well equipped with
technical know-how and excellent skill with tools required for on-site fabrication. The site
teams have separate set of machinery, tools-tackles etc. for site fabrication and installation.
• EQUIPMENT SUPPLY & VENDOR MANAGEMENT
SPEC has a wide vendor network and an impeccable market rapport owing to our strong
business relationships that we have formed over the years. This support and cooperation
from our vendor network streamlines the process of executing procurement and supply
within the agreed time period and budget.
OUR TEAM
The fabrication shop is fully equipped with latest technology and has over 10,000 sq. Ft area
for fabrication purpose. Our facility is sufficiently equipped to handle Mild steel, Stainless
Steel and Aluminum fabrication. Non-destructive tests i.e. Radiography, Ultrasound etc. for
specially designed critical equipment are carried out as per relevant Indian & International
design and Fabrication codes. Our team consists of highly skilled, experienced and qualified
X-ray welders. We have complete setup to carry out SMAW, MIG and TIG welding and follow
a strict quality assurance program to ensure best quality finish.
We have separate teams for Site fabrication, installation and commissioning of plant and
machinery. We assign a dedicated on-site project manager along with a commissioning team
who carry out the site fabrication. The project manager has technical knowledge of the
equipment and finalized layout plans including foundation, piping, utility section, storage
area etc. The project manager maintains constant & effective communication between our
office and site team, as well as with the clients with regular progress reports and other
