OBJECTIVES: This activity aims to help you better understand yourselves through recalling
memories and events that happened in your lives. Through incorporating
principles of lifespan development, the activity will help you recognize the
significant events in your life and how it shaped who you are at present.
GENERAL GUIDELINES:
• You are tasked to create a developmental scrapbook documenting your development
from the infancy stage to late adulthood. It should include all stages of psychosocial
development:
1. Infancy (0 to 2 years old)
2. Early childhood (2 to 4 years old)
3. Play Age (4 to 5 years old)
4. School Age (5 to 12 years old)
5. Adolescence (12 to 19 years old)
6. Young Adulthood (19 to 35 years old)
7. Middle Adulthood (35 to 65 years old)
8. Late Adulthood/ Old Age (65 years old and beyond)
• The scrapbook can be done in digital and handwork
• It should be comprised of images, narratives, and analysis of their progression through
the different developmental stages of life.
For Infancy to Middle to Late Adolescents, you can get photos from your albums or social
media accounts.
From early to late adulthood you are encouraged to be resourceful on how you could project
an image of your future selves like using a mobile phone app that can generate an image of an
older version of yourselves.
Narratives and analysis from Infancy to Late Adolescent are focused on the present, while
narratives and analysis from Young to Late Adulthood is focused on your plans, aspirations, and
how you generally see your lives unfold in the future.
You can enjoy doing a free format artwork where you could design and express your creativity
and artistry.
• It shall be submitted through the following:
Soft copy on Gmail account lenelyn.cabides@deped.gov.ph File should be
named: PD1_PT1_FULL NAME (e.g. PD1_PT1_JUAN A. DELA CRUZ) and;
Hard copy of scrap book. Deadline is on August. 15, 2025, at 5 pm.
