Job responsibilities:
Run day to day activities of contracts in terms of coordination with
subsidiaries and inspectors.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the inspectors, including coordination
with clients and engineers involved with inspection.
Authorize inspection release certificates (IRC) against purchase order requirements.
Maintain Project non-Conformance Report (NCR) Register.
Monitor performance of suppliers and contract based inspectors and report to
management on a weekly basis.

and Sub- contractor for compliance with standards.
Perform tests witness with QC team at manufacturing facilities and
construction sites to ensure compliance with Client requirements and project
specifications.

contractor’s work is in compliance with SABIC engineering requirements,
standards, procedures, specifications, and Schedule of the project contract.
Perform “Hold”, “Witness” and “Surveillance” inspections and tests at
manufacturing facilities and construction sites to ensure compliance with SABIC
requirements and project specifications.
Inspect material and equipment as applicable to ensure compliance
with SABIC requirements for proper handling, storage and protection
at SABIC facilities and construction sites.
Monitor Contractor’s Quality Systems, records and Quality Personnel for compliance
with requirements.
Review and evaluate Contractor’s Quality document submittals.
Witness on-site and off-site material and installations tests for compliance with SABIC
standards.
Record legibly and accurately all controversial and non-complying construction
practices, materials and equipment and report to supervisor detailed potential
