the 10 most famous things never actually said
it is said that “minciuna are picioare scurte”
meaning that lie has short feet
therefore it can not run too fast or too far, even less fast and far at the same
time
meaning it is difficult to build an intricate, complex and elaborate lie and also
to build it quick, with no time to think and on the spot
you maybe can do one of these two, but not both, and definitely not for a too long
period of time
they say that eyes are mirror of the soul
Modiglian apparently said when I’m will see your soul, I’m gonna paint your eyes
actually
they eyes are indeed mirror of the soul
but not only of the person being watched
but also of the person watching
because we see the world thru our own personal lenses
and when we communicate
even with our eyes
or as some might say telepathically
tele = distance
path = path
so, when we communicate on long path
we also communicate ourselves
pinoys they say that “one can not hold the smoke”
which physiologically it is perfectly true
metaphorically it means that
one can not hold the smoke, the soul, who he/she trully is inside for too long
eventually, we end up where are supposed to be
there is a destiny for everyone
but also I believe
that one can alter his destiny
just like a cell can mutate in genetics
romanians say
there is no smoke without fire
but also romanians said when they first saw a giraffe
that can not exist
because they could not believe it
because nowadays there can be smoke without fire
like in electronic cigarette
which is a steam
and actually steam engine dates back to 1850
therefore there has been smoke without fire, since at least 1850
or maybe even more before
actually yes
geisers that produce heat
and geothermal springs
like in finland
so there can be smoke without fire
just that it is apparent smoke
because in reality it is only steam
but can there be real smoke without fire
yes, it can
like in charcoal smoldering
but still
that means that a fire burnt in the past
and there is a possibility to burn again in the future
so, how is it in the end
can there be smoke without fire?
or fire without smoke?
everything is in between
like jack johnson
in between dreams
and for this you don’t need any drugs or alcohol, maybe a bit of tobacco, but not
even that is not absolutely necessary
although it would be nice
or if you say i am in between
people can understand whatever
depending on their work
because most of us have a narrow angle of viewing the world
and tend to see it only thru one pair of lenses
but if you travel enough
and live long enough thru different experiences
and manage to get out alive
this is the advantage of the idiot
or autist
if he makes it long enough
he develops certain skills that compensate for the lack of other skills
and this is the explanation for which some autistic persons (not all, probably a
very small minority) can be genius in certain ways
and catastrophic in other ways
in Romanian we say
he is so stupid, that he falls in the holes
meaning that he does not pay attention to the road
but this is what usually genius or gifted people do
they do not pay attention to the road
because their mind is in three or five or eleven or a gazillion things disparated
and sometimes they miss prioritize
and this is when it happens that they fall in the holes
look how gaudi died, or modigliani, or van gogh
but also
brancusi, or picasso, or michelangelo (michel + angelo) =
second coming of the messiah
messiah means changer, the one who changes
actually, according to wikipedia
In Abrahamic religions, a messiah or messias (Hebrew: ָמִׁשיַח, romanized: māšīyaḥ;
Greek: μεσσίας, messías; Arabic: مسيح, masîḥ; lit. 'the anointed one') is a saviour
or liberator of a group of people. The concepts of mashiach, messianism, and of a
Messianic Age originated in Judaism,[1][2] and in the Hebrew Bible, in which a
mashiach is a king or High Priest traditionally anointed with holy anointing oil.
Χριστός, Greek for the Hebrew Messiah occurs 41 times in the LXX and the Hebrew
Bible.[3]
Ha-mashiach (המשיח, 'the Messiah'),[4][a] often referred to as melekh mashiach (מלך
המשיח, 'King Messiah'),[6] is to be a Jewish leader, physically descended from the
paternal Davidic line through King David and King Solomon. He is thought to
accomplish predetermined things in a future arrival, including the unification of
the tribes of Israel,[7] the gathering of all Jews to Eretz Israel, the rebuilding
of the Temple in Jerusalem, the ushering in of a Messianic Age of global universal
peace,[8] and the annunciation of the world to come.[1][2]
The Greek translation of Messiah is Khristós (Χριστός),[9] anglicized as Christ.
Christians commonly refer to Jesus of Nazareth as either the "Christ" or the
"Messiah", believing that the messianic prophecies were fulfilled in the mission,
death, and resurrection of Jesus and that he will return to fulfill the rest of
messianic prophecies. Moreover, unlike the Judaic concept of the Messiah, Jesus
Christ is additionally considered by Christians to be the Son of God.
In Islam, Jesus (Arabic: عيسى, romanized: Isa) is held to have been a prophet and
the Messiah sent to the Israelites, who will return to Earth at the end of times
along with the Mahdi, and defeat al-Masih ad-Dajjal, the false Messiah.[10] In
Ahmadiyya theology, these prophecies concerning the Mahdi and the second coming of
Jesus are believed to have been fulfilled in Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (1835–1908),[11]
the founder of the Ahmadiyya Movement, wherein the terms Messiah and Mahdi are
synonyms for one and the same person.[12]
In controversial Chabad messianism,[13] Yosef Yitzchak Schneersohn (r. 1920–1950),
sixth Rebbe (spiritual leader) of Chabad Lubavitch, and Menachem Mendel Schneerson
(1902–1994), seventh Rebbe of Chabad, are Messiah claimants.[14][15][16][17]
basically all religions say the same
except that in a different shape
because each religion seas the world from a different angle
although it is still the same world
unfortunately
sometimes it can be seen even upside down
like when you see the reflection of an image
thru a glass of water
the image is not only distorted and blurred
but also upside down
to see it correct
one needs balance and also an accurate sense of... feeling
like the 6th sense
premonition if you like it
but it is not like somebody puts thoughts into your brain
because every one of us puts the thoughts that we want to put into our brain
and we create the reality that we want to be surrounded by
and this is no paradox
what we think becomes reality
this is why it is said
beware of what you wish, as it may come true
because usually it comes true
very seldomly it does not
and that is only a person realizes that he made a mistake
and the dream was not right for him
like me migrating to Australia
the australian dream was not right for me
the matrix exists
like in the espionage world
The Five Eyes (FVEY) is an intelligence alliance comprising Australia, Canada, New
Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
what about South Africa
and Israel
these are the hidden eyes
in reality there are seven eyes
and in Asia
must be another one
maybe in Philippines
or maybe in Thailand
possibly in Bangcock (you know why they call it Bangcock = bang cock)
and also
another eye is not in the Balkans
but in Romania
especially because Romania is very unique in one way
is part of nothing
like a black hole
the Balkans stop at the Danube (Bulgaria, Serbia, etc.)
therefore Romania is not part of the Balkans
Romania is a latin country with slavic influences
surrounded by slavic countries
which survived despite the harsh conditions
we are survivors
like castaways
we are very strong on our own
weak when together
and in Romania there is an eye for sure
that makes it nine eyes
in south america the eye probably is one in Argentina
because they say keep your friends close
but your enemies even closer
probably there are eyes in all of the south american countries
but not independent eyes
actually independent are seven
and in Romania probably there are several different eyes, belonging to different
groups, especially because it is a transit zone, a buffer
you have the russian, orthodox influence to the east
you have the ottoman (Ottomans were first introduced into Europe from Turkey (the
heart of the Ottoman Empire, hence the name) in the late 18th century. Usually a
padded, upholstered seat or bench without arms or a back, they were traditionally
heaped with cushions and formed the main piece of seating in the home)-turkish,
muslim influence to the south east and then you have hungarian and habsburgic, the
catholic and maybe more progressive influence from the western union
which is better
is anyone better
they are different for sure
and also, incredible how they kept the same language, the same culture (songs,
writing, stories, dances, more or less), the same gastronomy, many similar things
and experiences

Picasso had a saying. He said, 'Good artists copy, great artists steal. '
Meaning, trully great artists borrow another piece of art and improves it, giving
it back in a better form or shape; or also on a better piedestal or foundation
Pablo Picasso had a saying. He said:
'Good artists copy, great artists steal.'
And that because... drums please...
... he could never have painted his breakthrough works of the 1900s without
recourse to African sculpture.
that at least according to BBC Culture:
https://www.bbc.com/culture/article/20141112-great-artists-steal
Personally, I believe what Pablo Picasso wanted to say was this:
"bad artists copy, great artists steal"
Maybe he was a bit afraid not to disturb the imitators, because usually they are
outnumbering the originals. Or maybe I am plain and simply wrong. No one can or
will know or tell for sure.
Anyway.

Constantin Brâncuși's Infinte Column:
P.S. More information about Constantin Brâncuși can be found on the wikipedia
website page:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constantin_Br%C3%A2ncu%C8%99i
Constantin Brâncuși (Romanian: [konstanˈtin brɨŋˈkuʃʲ] (listen); February 19, 1876
– March 16, 1957) was a Romanian sculptor, painter and photographer who made his
career in France. Considered one of the most influential sculptors of the 20th-
century and a pioneer of modernism, Brâncuși is called the patriarch of modern
sculpture. As a child he displayed an aptitude for carving wooden farm tools.
Formal studies took him first to Bucharest, then to Munich, then to the École des
Beaux-Arts in Paris from 1905 to 1907. His art emphasizes clean geometrical lines
that balance forms inherent in his materials with the symbolic allusions of
representational art. Brâncuși sought inspiration in non-European cultures as a
source of primitive exoticism, as did Paul Gauguin, Pablo Picasso, André Derain and
others.[1] However, other influences emerge from Romanian folk art traceable
through Byzantine and Dionysian traditions.[2]
P.P.S. What do you see in Brancusi's eyes? Everybody sees whatever everybody is
itself. I see fire, burning passion, as I am pretty intense guy, passionate not
only about music, but also sculpture, painting, dancing , photography,
cinematography.
Other people probably see darkness, as he was a mysterious persona. Or maybe they
might think he made a pact with the devil and he sold he soul to be able to create
the marvels that he created. How could someone create a marvel, after selling his
soul to the devil? I mean one such person could only create destruction, or destroy
the marvels, not create new ones.
we are trying to decipher the human genome, and to interpret it, just like a violin

draco is the dacic symbol of a snake with a wolf head
Draco (in latina) si Drakon (in greaca) inseamna “sarpe“, “dragon“. Radacinile
acestor cuvinte inseamna “a privi” sau “a pazi cu un ochi ager”.
draco in latin and drakon in greek means snake, dragon; the roots of these words
mean “to see” or “to guard with a vigil eye”;
so actually the draco, is not a negative symbol
it is just like the other side of a coin
the chinese borrowed the draco symbol and made it into dragon
they stole it as well

Through the years, we have all had many inspirational or witty quotes from role
models, movies or actors plastered all over our Tumblr or Myspace pages to seem
super cool, sophisticated and smart. These quotes just spoke to our souls and
captured the middle school/teenage angst we were all feeling as one collective,
moody unit.

Office' on Tinder
Well get ready to delete your accounts and throw your diplomas out the window,
because so many famous quotes are badly misattributed.
Chances are, other people said those pretty words you love. So, you are about to
find out the less-cool origin of some of your favorite quotes.
1. “Elementary my dear Watson.” —Sherlock Holmes
Oh yeah, that's Sherlock Holmes, right? NOPE. Sherlock Holmes has said both
"elementary" and "dear, Watson" at some point, but never together. According to
Sherlockian, the foremost authority on everything Sherlock Homes, the phrase is
from P.G. Wodehouse’s novel Psmith, Journalist published in 1915. Although the
novel does not star Sherlock Holmes, Wodehouse does reference him while writing
this now famous line.
2. “I cannot tell a lie.” —George Washington
Credit: Drew Angerer/Getty Images
There's the well-known story of little George Washington admitting to his father
that he cut down a cherry tree, affirming, "I cannot tell a lie". Well, his
honestly may as well be a lie because Washington did not say this. Writer Mason
Locke Weems added this detail in a biography about Washington, embellishing on his
saintly nature. If you can't trust George Washington, who can you trust?
3. “Winning isn’t everything, it’s the only thing.” — Vince Lombardi
Famed Green Bay Packers coach is often credited with using this phrase to motivate
players and describe a passion for football. If you were a young boy who had a
poster of this in your room to motivate yourself to play better, I'm sorry to tell
you that Lombardi isn't the man you should be thanking. Lombardi did say this, but
Red Sanders, UCLA Bruins football coach said it first.
4. "Well-behaved women rarely make history." — Marilyn Monroe
Credit: Frederick M. Brown/Getty Images
Ah, Marilyn. Probably the most misquoted woman in all of history. Working to her
advantage, the many quotes misattributed to her have somewhat shaped the way
society admires her. In 2007, Laurel Thatcher Ulrich, a female historian, wrote a
book titled, "Well-Behaved Women Rarely Make History." While some believe she stole
this phrase form the blonde beauty, she was in fact the originator. Ulrich first
wrote the phrase in 1976 for an issue of "American Quarterly" in reference to
colonial woman who are not featured in our history books because they are
considered to be "well-behaved."
5. "The ends justify the means." — Niccolo Machiavelli
Niccolo Machiavelli may have had some suspect political beliefs, but people took
his words to heart. In his book The Prince, Machiavelli argues that people will
always honor and and praise the means a prince uses in order to reach a greater
end. Although Machiavelli is credited with this phrase, the idea was not entirely
his own. According to Business Insider, in "Heroides II," the Roman poet Ovid
writes, "Exitus acta probat," which translates as "the outcome justifies the
means." Machiavelli references this idea to make the larger point about the
relationship between a prince and his subjects, but did not come up with it.
Are you questioning your whole education yet?
6. "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different
results." — Albert Einstein
Credit: Chung Sung-Jun/Getty Images
We've used this one to describe everything from our own behavior to that of a
friend that just won't quit their ex. Although we'd like to credit genius Albert
Einstein for this nugget of wisdom, unfortunately, we can't. An editor at the
Bozeman Daily Chronicle in Montana named Michael Becker credits this quote to Rita
Mae Brown, the mystery novelist. She attributes this phrase to the fictional Jane
Fulton in her 1983 book Sudden Death writing, "Unfortunately, Susan didn’t remember
what Jane Fulton once said. 'Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again,
but expecting different results.'"
Sorry Al, we'll give you the Theory of Relativity, but not this quote.
7. “Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.” — Oscar Wilde
Was this your senior quote? Well, your yearbook is a lie because Oscar Wilde didn't
say this.
This quote reads like something Oscar Wilde might've said, but it never actually
shows up in his writings. It might be a composition of his ideas, but not a direct
quote. In his De Profundis letter, Wilde wrote, “Most people are other people.
Their thoughts are someone else’s opinions, their lives a mimicry, their passions a
quotation.” And in an 1882 book introduction, he wrote, “One’s real life is so
often the life that one does not lead.”
Both great quotes to keep in mind, but not the one you so desperately clung onto in
high school.
8. and 9. “Strategery.” — George W. Bush and “I can see Russia from my house.” —
Sarah Palin
Saturday Night Live is famous for its impressions of everyone from actors to
singers to serious politicians. The political impressions on SNL are so amazingly
accurate that they are often regarded as having influence over the way an audience
views a candidate. This phenomenon is so present that some people believe that
words spoken by SNL cast members doing an impression of a politician are the actual
words spoken by the politicians themselves. In 2000 when George W. Bush ran for
president against Al Gore, cast members Will Ferrell and Darrell Hammond played
Bush and Gore, respectively. During a sketch, satirizing the first presidential
debate, Ferrell played Bush and used the word "strategery" to describe the best
argument for his campaign. The joke was in reference to Bush's reputation for
mispronouncing words and was a jab at his intelligence. People credited Bush with
saying the word, rather than Ferrell, proving the power of Ferrell's impression.
In 2008 when Barack Obama ran against John McCain, SNL pulled out their biggest
guns to create possibly one of the greatest impressions of all time. Cast member
Tina Fey portrayed McCain's running mate, Sarah Palin, to impeccable, almost
frightening, accuracy. Because Fey looked so much like Palin, the two were very
often confused. In an interview with ABC News' Charlie Gibson, Palin was asked how
Alaska’s proximity to Russia gave her insight into the country’s affairs. Palin
responded, “They’re our next-door neighbors. And you can actually see Russia from
land here in Alaska." But, she did not say “I can see Russia from my house." That
was all Fey, who transformed herself so seamlessly into character that the two
women became interchangeable to the audience.
Fooled ya!
10. “And in the end, it’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in
your years.” — Abraham Lincoln
Credit: Library of Congress/Getty Images
On Sunday, Feb. 12, 2017 the GOP tweeted a picture of the Lincoln memorial with
this quote from Abraham Lincoln to celebrate the president's birthday.
But, uh, he never said it. It is traced back to a man named Edward J. Stieglitz. An
advertisement for Mr. Stieglitz’s book, The Second Forty Years, contained the
phrase, "The important thing to you is not how many years in your life, but how
much life in your years!"
Don't feel bad if you thought Lincoln said this. His own party did, too.

Atlantis (Ancient Greek: Ἀτλαντὶς νῆσος, romanized: Atlantìs nêsos, lit. 'island of
Atlas') is a fictional island mentioned in an allegory on the hubris of nations in
Plato's works Timaeus and Critias, wherein it represents the antagonist naval power
that besieges "Ancient Athens", the pseudo-historic embodiment of Plato's ideal
state in The Republic.[1] In the story, Athens repels the Atlantean attack unlike
any other nation of the known world,[2] supposedly bearing witness to the
superiority of Plato's concept of a state.[3][4] The story concludes with Atlantis
falling out of favor with the deities and submerging into the Atlantic Ocean.

CLAIM: Gandhi said: “First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight
you, then you win.”
AP ASSESSMENT: False. An image circulating online falsely attributes the quote to
Mahatma Gandhi, the Indian activist who fought for independence from British rule.
THE FACTS: Kit Miller, director of the M.K. Gandhi Institute for Nonviolence in
Rochester, N.Y., told The Associated Press in an email that while the quote is
frequently attributed to Gandhi, “he was not the original person who uttered that
remark.”
Nicholas Klein, a trade union activist, said something similar in a 1918 speech,
saying, “First they ignore you. Then they ridicule you. And then they attack you
and want to burn you. And then they build monuments to you..."

This name derives from the Pre-Greek “pēnelōps (πηνέλοψ / πηνέλωψ) Pēnelópē
(Πηνελόπη),” composed of two elements: “pḗnē (πήνη)” (plot, weft, spool, tale,
story) plus “ōps (ὤψ)” (to the eye, in the face, eye). The usual meaning is
“weaver, duck, some bird.” It should be noted that the second part of the name
could be from the Pre-Greek suffix "-elōps (-έλωψ)," often used for predatory
animals. In Homer's Odyssey, Penelope is Ulysses' wife, who keeps her suitors under
control in her long absence before rejoining him. Latin references to Penelope
revolved around the sexual loyalty to her absent husband. It suited the martial
aspect of Roman society representing the tranquility of the worthy family. She is
mentioned by various classical authors including Plautus, Propertius, Horace, Ovid,
Martial, and Statius.
What Does the Name Diana Mean?
The name “Diana” references the goddess of Ancient Rome. It means “to shine” and

de ce?
poate pentru ca un copil ia cate jumatate de ADN (23 de cromozomi) de la fiecare
dintre parinti
iar abia la a doua generatie
se recombina genele
si se rescriu
si se reinterpreteaza
