General instructions for Periodic Assessment II, Quarterly Examination, Half Yearly

Examination 2025-26

• Students must reach school before 7:35 AM. Make sure that you leave your
home early and reach school well ahead of time to avoid any last-minute
trouble.
• Students must be in regular and proper uniform with ID card.
• It is must to carry the Admit Card throughout the examination.
• Students are permitted to carry only essential stationary (pen, pencil, ruler,
eraser, etc.). No sharing of stationary objects is allowed during the
examination.
• The use of mobile phones, smart watches, calculators, or electronic devices
is strictly prohibited.
• Thronging (crowding) in the school premises before or after the examination
is strictly prohibited.
• Maintain good manners and strict discipline during the examination.
• The entry to the examination hall would close at 7:45 AM.
• The Examination commences at 8:00 AM.
• Students are advised to use blue ink when writing the answers during the
examination.
• Students must write their Name, Roll Number, Class, and Subject clearly
only on Perforated sheet attached with the answer sheet.
• No Name or Roll number should be written inside the answer booklet,
supplementary sheet, maps or graphs.
• Students should read the question paper carefully before attempting to
answer.
• Complete silence and discipline must be maintained in the examination hall.
• Any kind of malpractice or communication will result in strict disciplinary
action.
• Answer booklets must be properly numbered, tied, and submitted before
leaving.
• Students are required to follow the instructions given by the invigilator at all
times.
• The examination concludes at 11:00 AM for Classes I to VIII. For Classes
IX-XII the examination concludes at 11:15 AM.
