INTRODUCTION OF RADICALISM

• The term radicalism is the brief society need to be changed and these changes are
only possible through Revolutionary means.
Radicalism refers to holding extreme or extremist views , beliefs ideologies that
advocate for significant and often drastic changes in society politics or religion. It
involves a departure from mainstream or widely accepted believes or often promotes
Revolutionary or destructive action to achieve goals.

Radicalism is its focus on collective action. Radicals see social changes as a collective effort
and they often organise themselves into groups or movement to achieve their goals.
Radicalism continues to play an important role in shaping a society.
The term Radicalism have several basis as well caste,, religion ,language , economic status.
The process of radicalism involve changes and attitude beliefs, behaviour ,Ideas, goals and
ideologies .
Radicals attempt to transform and replace the fundamental principles of a society ,or political
system often through social change structure change Revolution or radical reform . The process
of adopting radical views it’s termed Radicalism.
RADICALISM IN EDUCATION

Radicalism in education in an educational concept it try to bring equality poor and weak .
it is form of education that engage and individual to participate in Collaborative activities.
Radical is help to identify the best methods and procedures through which training of the
employees can be improved. They also tries to bring changes in educators and learners
learning . It is overall aimed at modifying the existing working environment.
RADICALSISM BASED ON DROP OUT OF MUSLIM
STUDENTS
• Radicalism based on dropout rate of Muslim students can be a complex and sensitive
topic . While there may be cases where drop out rates among Muslim students are
influenced by various radicalisation factor such as political social and economic.
• When considering radicalism in relation to the Drop out rate of Muslim student it’s
essential to conduct in depth research in analyse to understand the factor contributing
to both dropout rate.
• According to sachar Committee report “ one third of Muslim children is between 6 to 14
have either never attended school or are drop out it has given several reason behind the
Drop out of Muslim social economic educational condition .
IMPORTANT FACTORS REGARDING DROP OUT OF
MUSLIM STUDENT FROM SCHOOL

1. Socio-economic factor : such as poverty, Limited access to resource ,lack of


education can contribute to higher dropout rate among students. Economic disparities
and financial constraints can make it challenging for some student to continue their
education.
2. Cultural and religious factor : cultural and religious norms within Muslim
community is me influence educational decisions factor such as gender roles early
marriages , religious obligations or parents expectation can impact the continuity of
education for Muslim student.

• Society factor: insecurity of girls, children ,lack of parental cooperation to the school,
most of the children becoming helping hand to the parents ,no positive correlation between
education and employment
• Some more reason for Drop out among the Muslim like children helping in household
activity ,unawareness about importance of education, large family size.
OBJECTIVE OF RADICALISM

• To expose the issue of dropout of Muslim student in school


• To bring a social reform to eradicate the prevailing problem
• To find out the causes dropping out of student belonging to Muslim background
• To explain not only what is happening but also to prescribe change and solution to the
problem.
• To spread awareness among the students and parents regarding drop out of Muslim
students from school.
FORMULATION OF ACTION
RESEARCH HYPOTHESIS
I am assuming that economic status and family background and awareness about
importance of education large family size poverty insecurity of girls children early marriage
are the main causes of dropout of Muslim students from school.
ACTION METHOD
Sample size = 50
selection producer= we have selected 30 students from 9 10th 11th classes and 20 teachers of the school

DELIMITATION OF ACTION RESEARCH
• In this action research I am not conceiving the student of primary classes in rural background
Muslim students.

Hypothesis
• Majority Of the Muslim student have fees drop out from the school hands the hypothesis correct.
CONCLUSION OF RESEARCH

• The hypothesis is correct I saw many students are drop out from the school who are
belongs to Muslim community .They are taking less admission and attending less number
of classes in the school.
SUGGESTION OF ACTION RESEARCH

• I took many ways to minimise the problem of dropping out of Muslim student.
1. Being a teacher a spread awareness among them regarding the importance of education for their
future development in all the positive aspects.
2. I conduct a meeting in which are discuss the problem of not attending regular classes and try to
convince the parents for sending their children on regular basis so that they can show interest in the
study.
3. Along with me I ask many teachers to showing more concern towards spreading awareness among
students and their parents to sending their children in school.
4. I assigned them the task of making poster through which they discuss these issue with their respective
parents so that their parents become aware of the importance of their studies and share these things
with their neighbours
