Full Anchoring Script

AFTER AMBASSADOR’S WELCOME ADDRESS :-

Vrashi :
Thank you, Rudra, for that gracious welcome. A very good morning to our respected Principal
Ma’am, teachers, staff and my fellow students. Today we gather to honour the people who
shape our future — our teachers.

To begin our celebration, we request our respected Principal Ma’am to kindly come forward
for the Lighting of the Lamp. May senior faculty members join Ma’am on the stage.

(Lamp is lit ; Aditya Vandana follows.)

Vrashi (after lamp lighting) :

As the lamp is lit, it reminds us of the light of knowledge our teachers bring into our lives.
Thank you, Ma’am.

We now present the Aditya Vandana. Kindly stand up and maintain silence for the
prayer.

(After Aditya Vandana ends)

Vrashi :
That was beautiful. With this auspicious beginning, we now commence today’s Assembly.

Rinku thanks.)

Rinku (announce) :

Please welcome [Teacher’s Name], who will receive the title ‘[Title]’.

Devesh (compliment — choose one short line from the compliment list below and read it)

[Short compliment line]. Please give a big round of applause.

GAMES SECTION — Vrashi hands over to Devesh & Rinku

Vrashi :
To add joy to our celebration, we now invite the team of anchors for the games — Devesh
and Rinku. They will explain and run two exciting games for our teachers. Devesh, Rinku
— over to you.

GAME 1 — SONG & PROP CHALLENGE

Devesh (opening) :
Good morning again! We have a short, fun game called the Song & Prop
Challenge — made especially for our beloved teachers.

Rinku (rules, brief) :

Here is how it works: we will play a short clip of a song. On this table are props
that match some songs. When the song plays, the teacher chosen for the round
must pick the prop that best matches the song. The fastest correct pick wins the
round.

Devesh (teasing line) :

Students — cheer loud, and teachers — show us your quick instincts. Ready?

Rinku :

Let’s begin. We will have 8 rounds. Each round, one teacher will be invited to the
front. Teachers, please come forward when your name is called.
(FOR EACH ROUND — exact repeated lines)

 Devesh (call) : Round [1]: Please welcome [Teacher’s Name] to the front.
 Rinku (before music) : Ready? 3…2…1… [play the song clip]
 (After teacher picks)
 If correct — Rinku : Correct! Well done, Ma’am/Sir. Round [n] goes to
[Teacher Name].
 If wrong — Devesh : Oh! That was close — perhaps a near miss.
 If close — Rinku : That was a very close one — great enthusiasm!

Short between-round filler lines (alternate):

 Devesh : That was fun! Teachers, you’re giving stiff competition to Bollywood!
 Rinku : Amazing energy! Next teacher, please come forward.
Before final round :

Rinku : Now, the final round — let’s make it exciting. Audience, get ready to cheer!
After final round conclusion (closing) :

Devesh : That was delightful — so much energy and joy.

Rinku : Thank you to all our teachers for participating so cheerfully. A big round
of applause for our winners and for everyone who played.

Devesh : We have a small Prize for the winners — please come collect them from
the stage.

GAME 2 — TEACHERS’ TREASURE HUNT (Anchors: Devesh & Rinku only)

~ Vrashi resumes ~

Vrashi :

Thank you to our Games Team and to Devesh and Rinku for conducting such
joyful games. Teachers, thank you for your full participation. We now move to the
Student Dedication segment.

(Student Dedication: short poems / speeches; after that) [OPTIONAL]

Vrashi (invite Vote of Thanks) :

To formally conclude, I now invite our Head Boy to present the Vote of Thanks.

(After Vote of Thanks)

Vrashi :
Thank you. We now request everyone to please rise for the National Anthem.
(After National Anthem)

Vrashi :
Thank you. Teachers, lunch and refreshments are arranged. Teachers will kindly
be served first; students please follow the discipline guidelines.

Vrashi (closing) :
On behalf of everyone, we wish all our teachers a very Happy Teachers’ Day.
Thank you.
