With due respect I beg to submit few lines for your kind and sympathetically
consideration and favorable order please:-.

(a) That my two children are studying in class 11th & 9th at Jhansi which it is
not possible for me to left them at Jhansi being no one is available to look after
them in my absence as my parents had already expired .

(b) That I was gone for a major operation in L4-L5 recurrent prolapsed Inter-
Vertebral Disc(PIVD) I was operated in Jhansi on 2021 and the same in fortis
hospital 12 July 2024 (photo copy of Discharge Summary is enclosed herewith as
Annexure I).

2. In view of above, it is humbly requested that I may kindly be posted to my any


three given choice station i.e Jhansi, Babina and Talbehat so that I can look after my
family and settle up other problems. For this I shall be grateful to your good honour .
