Email 1: Why Most Productivity Advice Doesn’t Work 👀
Hey friend,

In X weeks and Y days (on Sunday the 30th of June 2024 at 5PM BST), we’ll be re-opening
the doors to Productivity Lab for a small group of new members, as part of our second
cohort.

I’m excited to announce that we’ll be building upon the incredible success and positive
feedback of the first cohort, and I cannot wait to bring this opportunity to even more people
looking to transform their productivity.

Over the next couple of weeks, I’m going to share with you why we started the community, what
you can expect to see inside, what the founding members said made it special, as well as what

🤩
we learned from the first cohort and why I think you’ll benefit from being a part of the next
one

🥳
But first, I wanted to share some info on how & why we created the Lab, and more importantly,
how I hope you’ll benefit by becoming a member
So, let’s talk about how it all got started…

I’ve spent the last 6 years researching the science of productivity.

And over the course of thousands of hours of reading, thinking, writing and experimenting, I’ve
realised something pretty important - a lot of conventional productivity wisdom doesn’t
work.

You probably know the advice I’m talking about. Thanks to the deluge of content on social
media, we’re often told to:

● Build a 5am morning routine;

● Keep our desk spotless;
● Multitask to get more done;
● And invest in the latest app, gadget or stationery collection which promises instant
productivity from using the “perfect pen”.

But, I’ve tried all of the classic productivity techniques, followed all the ‘expert’ advice, and
tried to force myself to do more and work harder.

Yet, the truth is, none of this solved my productivity woes. At least not long-term.

In fact, after doing all the reading, thinking, and experimenting, I realised I’d actually discovered
the answer to effortless productivity way back when I was in medical school.

😅
Back in 2013, when I was still working towards becoming a doctor ( ), I wanted to do
everything I could to do well in my medicine degree and get a decent grade. And after trying all
the techniques, there was only ever one technique that genuinely worked: studying with
friends.

Even to this day, my favourite days at work are when I’m hanging out with my team. And I find
that other people energise and inspire me to do my best work.

The bottom line is, if we want to unlock true productivity we need to make our work fun.

This goes against everything that we’re told productivity should be. We often think productivity
means spending long hours at our desk, optimising our calendar so we can squeeze every
possible minute from our day, and working just a little bit longer or harder.

But this approach only leads to burnout and robs us of the time + energy for the things that truly
matter to us. Plus, after all that, we rarely even get that much done.

So, we need to bring more joy into our work.

Perhaps you like listening to music or taking yourself to a new coffee shop to create a sense of
adventure. But, one of the most effective techniques I’ve found for increasing productivity -
and enjoying the journey along the way - is creating a sense of community.

And that’s why my team and I built Productivity Lab 🧪

It’s our new online community designed to help you increase your productivity, all while
providing you with a supportive, positive and exciting environment designed for ambitious
entrepreneurs, creators and professionals like you and me.

But more on that later 😜

Ali
Email 2: Why I’m Building Productivity Lab
Hey friend,

Last time, we kicked things off by talking about some of the things that are wrong with traditional
productivity advice (and what we’ve been able do about it).

Today, I want to focus on the why behind Productivity Lab, starting with a fundamental
principle of productivity that’s completely changed my life:

“Play holds the key to true productivity.”

This is the whole thesis of my book, Feel-Good Productivity.

Productivity (and work, generally, and sometimes even life) can feel like a struggle.

We put a tonne of pressure on ourselves to get more done, whether that’s at work, at school, or
on our own personal projects.

And the stakes around our productivity often feel ridiculously high, as if our sense of self-worth
is measured by how much we can do in a day.

I started my own productivity journey because I wanted to get better grades in med school,
while building a business, trying to maintain a social life, trying out new hobbies and trying to do
extra medical-themed stuff that would help my future career prospects.

But I soon found that this pressure led to stress and burnout, making the challenge of being
(and staying) productive even harder.

Over the last 7 years I’ve spoken to thousands of people about their struggles with productivity
and nearly everyone has a similar story.

We all want to not just do more stuff, but do more stuff that actually feels meaningful to
us. But when trying to juggle it all, it’s easy to forget the “feeling good” and “enjoying the
journey” parts.

So when my team and I were brainstorming cool stuff we could do within our business, this was
a key question we were working on:

“How could we help people double their productivity, while actually enjoying the
journey along the way?”

I’m pleased to report that we think we’ve figured it out. And that’s how Productivity Lab came
into existence.
A few months ago, I sent out a survey to my audience asking what productivity-related struggles
people had. Here’s some of what’s held people back:

● Issues with staying focused

● Not getting distracted by social media and other apps
● Not really knowing what they actually want
● Feeling lost in life
● Perfectionism
● Overthinking
● Imposter syndrome
● Not having enough energy to get things done
● Time management

And soo much more…

I’ve been making videos about these issues for years now, and broadly, I think most people who
struggle with this stuff know what they should do… they just struggle to actually do it.

That’s another key component of why we built Productivity Lab.

It’s sort of like exercise classes.

😫 Usually, when people (including me) struggle to workout regularly, it’s not because we
don’t know what to do. It’s usually because we struggle to motivate ourselves to actually do
it.

💪 But if we attend an exercise class, we suddenly get a lot more motivation to actually do
the things we know we should.

So one of the ideas behind Productivity Lab was “How can we help focusing on your work
feel like attending an exercise class?” Where there’s no special secret behind how to do it,
but the fact you’re in a group setting helps you actually do it.

And I’ll be honest - it’s worked better than I could have ever dreamed.

But, everything we’ve built so far is still pretty new, and because we want to make it the best
productivity community on Earth, we’re only opening the doors of the second cohort to a
relatively small number of people (like we did in cohort 1).

We’re pouring a tonne of resources into this, and we’ll continue doing that to make sure
everyone has an amazing time, while also taking onboard a load more feedback so we can
continue to improve the product and community experience for everyone.

So, if you’re interested in hearing more about this, look out for the next email where I’ll share
some thoughts on what makes a great online community and how we’re implementing these
principles in the Lab.
Have a great day!

Ali
Email 3: What makes a great community?
Hey friend,

In the last e-mail we talked about why I decided to create the Lab.

Today, I want to share my thoughts on what I think makes a great community (and why 99%
of communities don’t tick all the boxes) + give you a little sneak peek into what’s inside
Productivity Lab.

🥳 💪 🙏
While I was researching my book, I discovered the three principles of feel-good productivity:
play, power, and people.

Ultimately, work feels good when it incorporates play, power, and people. And it’s that feel-good
factor that makes us more productive.

● 🥳 Play is needed to make work fun. We have to find ways to keep our work interesting
and enjoyable. Maybe this is through gamification, or taking things less seriously, or

💪
listening to your favourite playlist.
● Power enables us to feel that we have control over our work, and we can create our

🙏
own positive outcomes.
● And people - which is arguably the most important - is about surrounding ourselves
with people who motivate, inspire and energise us, so we have a far better chance of
actually achieving our goals.

So, any productivity community must include these principles if it’s going to be effective
for its members. And this is the reason why we’ve designed Productivity Lab to look, feel, and
work the way it does.

It’s enjoyable, empowering, and filled with people who uplift and support you, helping you to
enjoy the journey along the way.

But, let’s be honest. Online communities have a pretty high failure rate and lots of things
can go wrong.

Sometimes communities struggle with low engagement because the people who have joined
are not committed to helping others. Perhaps there’s no sense of purpose, and the excitement
at the launch quickly fizzles out. Or maybe the community leaders aren’t putting enough effort
into providing value for their members.

This is something that my team and I have kept front of mind when building Productivity
Lab.
We wanted it to be truly transformative, encourage high engagement, and be led by a team of
people that are passionate about helping you to get the results you want (and deserve).

So, this is why we designed Productivity Lab to offer you:

● The resources you need to succeed, including workshops, classes, and our 90-day Life
Productivity System;
● Great feedback from community leaders and productivity coaches, helping you to work
on your strengths and pushing you to challenge yourself, and;
● A wide range of interesting and ambitious people backing you every step of the way

And given that this is a productivity-focused community, we’ve put a lot of effort into
effortlessly combining those three elements of play, power, and people:

● Productivity Lab generates a sense of play by being both interactive and engaging;
● Productivity Lab gives power to its members, by giving you control over the spaces
and by helping you to build systems, find resources, and attend events which resonate
with you most;
● And Productivity Lab helps you to connect with and be inspired by like-minded
creators, entrepreneurs, and professionals who are all looking to double their
productivity while continuing to enjoy the journey along the way.

For all these reasons my team and I decided to (a) pour a tonne of resources into this to make
it the world’s best online community for productivity but also (b) introduce some drastic
limitations to who can join and how many people will be able to join. All to optimise for
quality and longevity of the Lab.

Productivity Lab is interactive, engaging, and will help you to develop a productivity system of
your own, while hopefully enjoying the journey too. We’ll help you double your productivity
while keeping you in control of your projects and goals.

In the first cohort, we’ve been able to drastically transform the productivity of so many people
already. And we want to do the same for you too.

For example, in a survey of our first cohort, 98% of people said that Productivity Lab had
made a significant change or completely transformed their approach to productivity. They
loved the structure of the Life Productivity System and said the focus sessions were integral in
helping them see a drastic improvement.

Here’s just one of the many people who doubled their productivity through Productivity Lab:
And, I’m so excited to be opening up the doors to Productivity Lab once again 🎉
Next you’ll hear all about how I actually designed Productivity Lab from scratch, and the kinds of
resources you’ll find inside.

Looking forward to chatting soon!

Ali
Email 4: How I’m building Productivity Lab
Hey friend,

In our last e-mail, I shared my thoughts on what makes a great community and a little on why
the first cohort of Productivity Lab has been a huge success.

❤️
Today, I want to uncover the most powerful source of information that helped me shape
Productivity Lab to what it is today - you

Let me explain.

If you’re anything like me, then you’re a bit of a perfectionist. When you start work on a new
project, you want everything to be the best it can be. You leave no stone unturned, no detail
ignored.

That’s how I’ve felt about Productivity Lab over the last few months.

My team and I have become obsessed with creating a community which will enable you to
double your productivity, all while keeping the journey enjoyable, fun and exciting. But
building a community from scratch isn’t easy.

At first, I didn’t even realise that I wanted to create a community. In fact, I initially just
wanted to build a new productivity-related course.

If you’ve ever followed any of my content, then you’ll know that I built the Part-Time YouTuber
Academy, a course designed to help people build their YouTube channels. So it seemed natural
to do a similar thing for productivity.

But, when it comes to being an entrepreneur, what is easy to do isn’t always the right thing
to do.

For the sake of your business and your customers, you have to innovate and push yourself
forward. I didn’t want to rest on my laurels and create just another productivity course.

So, the only thing I was really certain of when thinking of what to build was that I wanted to
make a positive impact on as many people as possible and help them all get a little closer to
building a life that they love.

In fact, one of the things that brings me the most joy in life is learning that a YouTube video I
made, or a course I created, had a huge positive impact on somebody else’s life. And when
I think back to moments in my life and career where I’ve felt the most fulfilled and happy, it’s
when I’ve been able to bring like-minded people together, learn from others, and share
knowledge in a meaningful way.
For example, one of the things I enjoyed the most about running PTYA was the way in which
members came together and support each other along their journeys.

And I realised that while there are loads of lessons and videos and lectures out there which can
teach you about the basics of productivity, there isn’t anything especially interactive,
collaborative, or fun out there for people who want a more engaging way to learn.

That’s why we designed Productivity Lab to combine the best of both worlds - community and
online courses.

And as I said in the opening lines of this email, community has been vital to the development of
Productivity Lab. In fact, It was my followers on Twitter who helped us pick out the name.

Plus, we got a tonne of feedback from the audience about their biggest challenges when it came
to being productive, which was what helped us define exactly what to build for y’all.
And we’ve already tested a bunch of features within Productivity Lab within the first cohort,
who have given us overwhelmingly positive feedback so far, like this:

“These sessions are pure gold for productivity - At the tail end of our year of travel
around the world, it has been hard to find focus not to mention a good place to sit
down and work. These sessions has made me feel more accountable and I
schedule in time to focus. It also sells much better to my girlfriend when I say I have
to go to the "office" and nail 2 hours of work. Cheers team, you’re awesome!”

and

“Wow! I am really happy with this outcome. I have been consistently doing all the
align, focus, and organize on the daily basis. I do see a lot of progress towards my
goals. This is the first and the longest time (almost a month!) ever I have been
consistently doing what's taught in the PL on the daily basis. So I am really proud of
myself for achieving this. I am excited to see how it would look like for the next
quarterly reflection/planning session and the annual review!”

I love getting feedback like this, and we’re still (as always) looking for new and better ways
we can improve what we’re doing!
In fact, one of my company’s core missions is to give people the tools they need to live a life
they love. But to do this, we have to know how we can help you guys.

So, if you’re interested in helping out, just hit reply and let me know more about your productivity
struggles, and if you have any questions about Productivity Lab.

I’ll answer as many questions as I can later in the week 😄

See you soon!

Ali
Email 5: Why Productivity Lab ISN’T for Everyone
Hey friend,

Welcome to another Productivity Lab email 😇

Last time, I revealed my secret weapon that helped me shape the Lab into what it is today.

Today I want to expand on something I mentioned in the email before last:

To make Productivity Lab the best productivity community out there, my team and I have
decided to impose some deliberate limitations on how many people are allowed join each
cohort.

Since the initial announcement, it feels surreal to say that over 50,000+ people have joined

🤯
this waitlist, and 500 people have already gone through the first cohort of Productivity Lab,
which sold out within the first 45 hours **

There’s already a buzz growing about the Lab, and we’ve had so many people email us asking
when we’d be opening the doors again and how they can join.

I won’t lie, I find this all pretty mind-blowing and I get super excited thinking about the
momentum we’ve achieved already despite this is only being the second cohort!

But the truth is that money, profit, and growth are simply a by-product of serving your
customers well.

This was one of the biggest mindset shifts I had to get my head around when initially planning
the launch of Productivity Lab.

😂
I made a conscious effort to step away from the standard line of thinking and, instead, I decided
to build a community which offers the best possible outcomes for its members. Not my wallet

This is why Productivity Lab might be a bit different from other communities you may have been
part of in the past.

We’re actually limiting the number of people who have access to the Lab. And we’re doing
this for a number of reasons:

1. We want this community to continue to be world-class 💎

We could open up Productivity Lab to everyone who wants to join and make heaps of money in
the process. But, we want to provide our members with the best possible experience.
Our team is on hand to offer support, advice, and feedback, but there’s no way we could provide
a quality service to thousands of people. Even though it means saying goodbye to lots of
potential profit, I’d much rather we provide value to our customers first before looking to expand.

1. Productivity Lab isn’t for everyone 🧪

This one might be a little bit controversial. But I genuinely believe we’re building this community
for people who are truly dedicated to spending time and putting in the effort on doubling their
productivity.

We’ve put a lot of thought into developing Productivity Lab’s schedule, curriculum, and
courses, and in doing so we realised that there are going to be some barriers which might hold
people back from getting the most out of this community.

For example, if you’re struggling to get the basics right, like sleep, diet, and exercise, then
you’re going to want to work on building these foundations before spending your time and
money on a productivity community which probably won’t benefit you as much as you’d like.

Similarly, if you’re looking for a quick fix or a magic bullet to solve your productivity problems, or
you just don’t feel like turning up to the sessions we offer, then Productivity Lab isn’t going to be
a good fit.

Ultimately, this community is designed to be a powerful tool for those who are serious
about improving their productivity.

So, for all these reasons, we’re opening up the second cohort of Productivity Lab to just
another 500 students.

After that, we’re going to close it for another 3 months (most likely, maybe longer) until we’re
ready to welcome any new students. This is to ensure that we collect feedback from all the live
sessions, events + discussion spaces and then have time to implement those changes too.

I know this process and these decisions might seem surprising but, hopefully, this is helpful in
showing you who Productivity Lab is for and how we’re working to make it the best productivity
community in the world.

Speak to you tomorrow!

Ali

P.S. on Sunday (30th June 2024) from 3-5PM BST, I’m hosting a free online Alignment
Workshop. It’s a 2-hour live online event where I’ll help you review the year so far and figure out

Email 6: What does Productivity Lab cost?
Hey friend,

In our last email I covered why Productivity Lab may not be for everyone.

Today I thought it’d be a good idea to answer the most common questions I receive about
the Lab.

Here we go!

What do I get from joining Productivity Lab?

Productivity Lab is an online community, resource library, and co-working space rolled into
one helping you to double your productivity alongside other ambitious entrepreneurs,
creators, and professionals.

But, the goal of Productivity Lab isn’t just about helping you to get more done. It’s about freeing
up your time to do more of what matters to you in work and life, while enjoying the
journey along the way.

So, here’s what you get from joining the lab:

✅ Life Productivity System: A flagship 12-week productivity programme, where you’ll learn
everything you need to know to build your own simple and effective productivity system. Each
week you’ll receive a new self-paced lesson, where you incrementally build out your very own
productivity system. In addition to this, you’ll have access to live weekly sessions led by a
productivity coach where you’ll go through a series of exercises, journaling prompts and
discussions alongside community members, offering an opportunity to build your system and
connect with others along the way.

🎉 Focus Labs: Daily, live deep-work focus sessions designed to boost motivation and focus,
accessible for all the major time zones across the world. These are facilitated by one of our
productivity coaches every single working day, and sometimes on weekends too.

💭 Reflection Rituals: Weekly, monthly, and quarterly review & reflection workshops to help
embed lasting changes. You’ll reflect on your progress, celebrate your wins and learnings, and
figure out your most important outcomes to work towards next.

🗣️ Expert-Led Workshops: Regular sessions with productivity experts, successful

entrepreneurs, and specialists in various fields to share their insights, strategies, and tips for
optimising your work and life.

📚 Exclusive Resource Library: A curated and ever-growing repository of knowledge,

covering everything from the latest productivity hacks and strategies.
🤝 Community Support and Networking: You’ll be joining a vibrant community of like-minded
individuals. Share your journey, seek advice, collaborate on projects, or simply engage in
meaningful conversations that inspire and motivate you.

🏆 Access to Productivity Coaches: Access to productivity coaches who can provide tailored
advice and support within the community spaces. Feel free to discuss your progress, your
goals, and identify areas for improvement.

🤓 And much, much more. Since Productivity Lab is still a new product, we’re hoping to build
it alongside you based on your feedback and requests. We’re investing a lot of resources into it,
and with your suggestions, hope to make it absolutely incredible!

How is Productivity Lab going to help me…

🪄 …Double my productivity
● I’ve spent the last few months carefully designing a productivity course, called the Life
Productivity System, with the primary goal of helping you to understand the basic
principles of what it takes to double your productivity. The community then gives you an
ecosystem of sessions, workshops, and accountability that helps you put all of that
theory into practice - so, as long as you turn up to the sessions and engage with the
community events, we can almost guarantee that your productivity is going to double.

● You can also measure your productivity using your very own Productivity Catalyst, which
has already helped a tonne of our members to double their productivity in less than 3
months.
Real Example from a Productivity Lab Member

🔮 …Set my goals and get a sense of clarity

● An effective productivity system involves aligning your life vision with your annual,
quarterly, weekly and daily goals. If this isn’t properly aligned you’re going to struggle to
do more of the things that matter to you. This is why I’ve designed Productivity Lab to
include regular reflection rituals to help you get full clarity about where you’re heading
and giving you a roadmap for getting there (you can think of these as guided weekly,
quarterly, and annual planning and reflection workshops). The community will also have
a bunch of productivity coaches who are excited to help you out, offer their support, and

give you further guidance outside of these sessions too.

💎 …Connect with other ambitious people

● Building a thriving community of ambitious entrepreneurs, creators, and professionals is
at the very heart of what we’re trying to do with Productivity Lab. In fact, we’ve built a
bunch of different spaces in the community to connect with and learn from all our
awesome members. For example, we’ve got a ‘General Discussion’ space to share
productivity tricks/tips, we’ve got a ‘Wins & Learnings’ space so you can learn from other
people’s productivity success stories (+ failures), and regular ‘Focus Lab’ sessions so
you can participate in live co-working sessions with your friends. Plus, on top of all of
this, you’ll have instant access to hundreds of equally ambitious people just like you who
are all excited to help each other level up their productivity, stay accountable, and enjoy
the journey along the way.
✨ …Tackle procrastination
● We tend to procrastinate when we don’t have a clear goal, we’re not excited by the stuff
we’re doing, we get easily distracted, or some combination of all these things. Literally
every aspect of the course and community is designed to tackle one or multiple of these
things e.g. we have reflection rituals if you struggle to set clear goals, we have the focus
lab if you get easily distracted, and we’re designing the Lab to be as exciting/engaging
as possible to help make your productivity journey fun, motivating, and inspiring.
🧪 …Improve my focus and do more of what matters to me
● One of the core reasons we lack focus is because we don’t have a dedicated block of
time to get our work done and we’re not massively intentional about how we use our time
either. Productivity Lab gives you a structured framework for designing your week so you
can do more of what matters to you and helps you maximise your focus during
deep-work time blocks through our Focus Lab sessions, which are facilitated by one of
our productivity coaches and cover every major time zone across the world.
Why are you sharing all this information before the launch?

I don’t believe there’s a “right” way to market Productivity Lab, but if you’ve been a follower for a
while, you probably already know that’s my preferred way of launching things.

I personally don’t enjoy pushy marketing or salesy messaging. I believe that education is the
best form of marketing and once people see (and can experience) the value of your offer,
you don’t need to spam your audience with “buy now” messages.

If you’re interested in joining the Lab, I want it to be a conscious decision so that together we
can continue to create the best productivity community out there.

That’s why I’m openly talking about the price, our methodology, and all the
behind-the-scenes of designing and launching this product from one cohort to the next.

And it seems like you guys really appreciate it which proves that it was the right decision.
How much does Productivity Lab cost?

Deciding how much to price a product is always a pretty tricky thing to do.

As I described in previous emails, Productivity Lab isn’t just a course, a system, or a community.
It combines the best parts of all three. And because of that, I didn’t really have a baseline to
work with as all of our previous products have been either live or self-serve courses.

The truth is, I think I’ve created something pretty cool. But, there’s always room to
experiment, get feedback, and optimise for improvement over time rather than trying to
perfect absolutely everything (including the pricing model) from day one.

That’s why, if you’re reading this, you still have a chance to join the Lab at the cheapest
price it’s ever going to be at $19/week ($997 per year).

This is probably the last time we’ll keep things at this price.

It’s likely after this cohort, taking the additional feedback and continuing to refine the Lab with
improvements that the price will be increasing.

But, if you join now, I promise that the current prize will be frozen for you. So, you’ll never get hit
with a price hike in the future.

How long do I get access to Productivity Lab for?

Productivity Lab is an annual membership. When you purchase your membership, you
automatically get access for a whole year (12 months).
Hopefully, we covered all the questions you had about Productivity Lab 😜
Bit, if you have any more questions about the Lab, hit reply and we’ll try to get back to you
ASAP.

🗨️
Email 7: What people are saying about Productivity Lab

Hey friend,

In the last e-mail we discussed the most frequently asked questions about Productivity Lab, as
well as the price.

Today, I’m excited to share some of the incredible testimonials and results we achieved for
our members from cohort 1 of Productivity Lab!

Remember how we talked about why most productivity advice just doesn’t stick?

How we’re bombarded with tips on optimising calendars, squeezing every minute out of the day,
and pushing ourselves to work harder, which very often sucks the joy out of the stuff we’re
doing.

🥰
But here’s the thing: true productivity shouldn’t lead to burnout or drain the joy from our
work. True productivity should be fun.

And, after running the first cohort of Productivity Lab, we found that most of our members not
only found the experience fun, but they saw gigantic leaps in their productivity too**.**

In fact, 98% of members said Productivity Lab had either made a good change or completely
transformed their approach to productivity.

When my team first shared this number, I had to do a double take 🤯

They reported that they loved the Life Productivity System, found the community to be incredibly
supportive, and found the focused work sessions invaluable for making real progress.

On average, we were able to almost double the productivity of all our members (within the
first 3 months!). With the average productivity score going from 34% at the start of the cohort
to a 56% by the end. And, roughly 20% of our members felt they were able to get more done
in less time, while achieving their goals.

This is pretty crazy, especially when you realise they’re only 3 months into their 12 month
membership!

If you don’t believe us, here’s what some of our members have had to say about Productivity
Lab so far:

“Productivity Lab has changed the way I view my entire work day. As someone who
works from home and can often be distracted by the many tabs I have open or the
many apps I can easily open, this group has been exactly what I needed to hold
myself accountable. I've already implemented so many "experiments" into my own
workflow like the focus labs, time tracking, quarter quests, weekly reflections, etc. I
would recommend Productivity Lab to ANYONE needing a bit of accountability in
staying focused, accomplishing their goals (or even recognizing their goals in the
first place.) Joining PL was a huge step for me and I couldn't be happier that I did!
Side note: the community team is fantastic!!” - Robert Rodriguez

“This program is a game changer. I believe this 1K has been the best investment
I've made so far, compared to my other investments:) I know for a fact that my
productivity will go skyhigh within a year that I am taking this program, as I am
getting much better at following up with my key commitments these days. Some
days are not perfect, still learning, taking baby steps, but with Ali's system and the
productivity lab community I know I will be consistent. I want to send a huge thank
you to Ali and his team.” - Sara Gankhuyag

And here are two videos our members recorded about their experience in the Lab... @Gareth
Ideally we need direct URL’s to each of these videos; may have to upload them elsewhere if
the platform doesn’t allow that?

As you can imagine, seeing these transformations firsthand has been truly inspiring ❤️
It signals to me that we’re on to something really important with Productivity Lab, and that
through working together, supporting each other, and focusing on the right strategies, we can
achieve incredible things.

Talk to you soon!

P.S Look out for an email invite to my FREE exclusive productivity workshop webinar.
Email 8: You're invited to my FREE Productivity
Workshop
Hey friend,

We’re just 48 hours away from the launch of Productivity Lab and I thought what better way to

🎉
launch cohort 2 than inviting you to a super fun 2-hour productivity workshop and give you
an actual sneak peak of what’s inside the Lab

This Sunday, June 30th at 15:00 GMT, I’ll be hosting a free "Alignment Workshop" exclusively
for everyone on the waitlist for Productivity Lab.

Together we'll revisit our (long-forgotten) New Year's Resolutions, decide what we want to
accomplish over the next few months, and turn it all into an action plan that we can actually take
action on.

By the end of the workshop, you'll have:

👉 A Refined Set of Goals 👉 A Custom Action Plan for the Rest of 2024 👉 Sustainable
Systems and Habits to Support your Productivity Journey 👉 Renewed Motivation and
Confidence

🚀
I’ll also be giving all of you a special early-bird discount as a thank you for signing up to the
waitlist + for being part of our second cohort, so stay tuned for that

If you can’t make it to the live event, don’t worry, you’ll still get an email with the special
discount to Productivity Lab and I’m going to send you a recording of the entire session too.
But, I’d obviously love for you to join the party when I go live on Sunday :)

→ Add referral ask to email about the workshop

See you this Sunday 🚀

PS Yesterday, I shared a some customer testimonials and interesting data pulled from our last

✅ As a thank-you for being a part of this waitlist, you can join Productivity Lab for 15% off
for the first 24 hours after the launch (until Monday 1st July at 1700 BST).

✅ Tomorrow, at 1700 BST, I’ll be sending an email out with the link to the community page
where you can join the Lab.

Email 10: Productivity Lab is LIVE!
Hey friend,

I’m thrilled to say that enrolment for the second cohort of Productivity Lab is now open! 🎉
And because you are a part of the Productivity Lab Waitlist, you can join the community for the
lowest price it will ever be - $847 - using a 15%-off discount code: LABWL20

We’ll keep this discount live only for the first 24 hours after the launch (until Monday 1st
July 1700 BST)!

Heads up: There are more than 50,000 people on this waitlist which is 100 times more than the
number of spots we’ve available for this cohort of the Lab. And in cohort 1 we sold out the same
number of spots in 45 hours with half the number of people on the waitlist.

While we’d love to invite everyone in, we have to limit the number of spots to ensure the
steady development of the community.

So, if you want to become a member of Productivity Lab, please join now.
