Cheque/DD to be drawn in favour of " Samruddhi Properties My Home Wakad - Collection A/C" towar ds consideration value and to be drawn in

2 Rs. 1,00,000/- to be paid for Booking and Allocation of unit
3 Agreement to be registered within 15 days of booking
Stamp duty, registration charges and Other Government taxes, duties, levies are to be borne by App licant(s) on actual basis. All development

charges / other levies, taxes, duties, cesses, / EDC / IDC, Land under Construction tax (LUC), Goods and Servi ces tax will be borne by the customer.
5 Legal charges to be paid at the time of registration Rs.15000/- and is not included in the Total Flat Cost
1% TDS will have to be paid by flat purchaser having Agreement Value more than 50L within 30 days after Agreement to sale. TDS payment will be

deducted from payments made against Agreement value.
In addition to the above cost, Maintenance is charged Rs. 35,000 + 18% GST for 2 BHK and Rs. 45,000 + 18% GST for 3 BHK for 1 year from the date

of possession.
8 Cancellation charges - 2% amount of the Total Consideration will be forfeited upon cancellation of the apartment / flat As per RERA.
9 No modifications of whatsoever nature are allowed in the apartment / flat.
10 Any statutory taxes , levies etc shall be extra , to be paid by the customer
Home loan should be processed through Goyal properties official bankers only .any purchaser wish to opt. for Home Loan through self banker, extra

legal fees / documentation charges of Rs. 50,000/- will be payble by the purchaser the developer before agreement.
12 The Developer reserves the right to change the cost without prior notice
