This is a case of Kidnap and stalking of the minor girl that occurred prior to 07.08.2025 at Aryapuram,
Rajamahendravaram and was reported on 07.08.2025 at 08.30 PM. Wherein the complainant Jajimoggala
Nookaratnam, W/o Appalaraju, A/34 yrs, C/BC-D, D.No:12-16-19/1, Aryapuram middle street,
Rajamahendravaram, cell:9866762767 reported that her daughter/victim girl Jajimoggala Bhargava Priya,
aged about 16 yrs studying in Tirumala college. She used to go to college on bus. As usually today she went
from house for go to college. After victim girl left from the house, the complainant saw her mobile and found
one message ¿come to temple¿. Immediately she made a phone call that number, but no one lift the phone.
After some time she received a phone call from college and they informed her daughter/victim girl did not
come to college. After some time the victim girl returned to house and informed the accused Kotteda Shyam
harassed, if she not go to along with her, he made bad propaganda against the victim girl. On that victim girl
went to outside along with him without her will. Previously he do same such as. On that the victim girl went
outside along with the accused two times. Further the victim girl informed the accused miss behavior with
her by touching. On that complainant questioned the accused, he threatened the complainant by made a bad
propaganda against the victim girl. Hence, she lodged a report for taking necessary action against the
accused.
