Title
Why should you play sports? Sports should be played by everyone because
they help you Focas get fit as well as a lot of life skills and also help In
academics according to studies.

As the school’s sports captain, I’ve seen our teams win championships and
students grow into confident leaders. Even our PE teacher says, “Sports teach
life skills no textbook can.” Meaning that your studies is not the most
important, your heath is more important and sports come in heath. NOT
ONLY HIM BUT MS. DHONI a famous Indian cricketer said in a interview
after a game to ndtv news channel “cricket not only made my profession but
made me fit and disciplined ”. He emphasized that sports can help in a lot of
ways other than being physically healthy. It can support the mental well being,
makes you learn number of life skills like, being confident, punctual, better
team worker, etc.

Take our volleyball champion Maya, who used to be a shy student with no
friends until she joined volleyball. By the season's end, she was leading cheers
and making new friends with countless trophys from competitions like the
volleys league . Sports gave her confidence—and a community with lots
friends. with also being the class topper in academics because she was able to
manage her time well from sports .

Studies show student-athletes perform 15% better in school. Sports improve


focus, fitness, and mental health. a European SPORTS RESEARCHER Mr.
charles HAS ALSO BACKED THE ABOVE DATA IN His RESEARCH
PUBLISHED IN the times of Europe witch is a elite newspaper. With his
research he noticed that the difference between students from before taking up
sports and after is huge, from failing certin subjects to getting average grades.

so why should you play sports? I think that is clearly obvious.
From gifting you with life skills. Sports will help you not only physically but
mentally as well. And can also help in academics according to studies. Come on

ALSO BACKED THE ABOVE DATA IN HER RESEARCH PUBLISHED IN
THE GOOGLE SCHOLARS STATING THAT STUDENTS WHO ARE THE
