Subject: Regarding posting orders of Common Cadre Group-D employees
(Advt. No.01/2023) after executing the online Post/District allocation portal.
Sir/Madam
I am directed to invite your attention to the subject noted above and to say that
Human Resources Department is in the process of issuing the posting orders of the Group-D
employees of common cadre (recruited against Advt. No. 01/2023), who have already given
their joining in their respective Divisional Commissioner office /Deputy Commissioner,
Panchkula office.
2. District-wise list of group D employees posted in your Department has been sent
to the respective Head of the Department by email. It is requested that all the Head of the
District Offices may please be directed to allow them to join their duties with immediate effect
and subsequently issue order by the competent authority regarding specific office situated in the
District concerned. It is also informed that necessary action for medical certificate of fitness and
verification of character should also be taken if these certificates have not been obtained before
joining in your department.
3. Further, an Officer in each District be nominated as the Nodal Officer for the
purpose of joining of Group-D employees. The data of Group-D employees who join their duties
in your department may also be updated on the joining portal i.e.
https://recruitment.groupd.csharyana.gov.in
4. These instructions may please be brought to the notice of all concerned for strict
compliance in letter and spirit.

A copy is forwarded to all the Divisional Commissioners, Haryana and Deputy
Commissioner, Panchkula with the request to immediately relieve the Common Cadre Group-D
employees who have given their joining against Advt. No. 01/2023 in your office, as their posting
orders has been issued.
