Our company does not have a full marketing team, but we have a dedicated
social media creator who manages our online presence. They focus on

rent, salaries, and maintaining quality food stocks. However, we focus on

Our company does not have consistent suppliers for our products, but we
carefully select trusted vendors to ensure the ingredients we use are of the
highest quality. This commitment allows us to provide fresh and delicious

Our plans for 2025 is to participate more in food bazaars instead of just
marketing ourselves online.

● Do you have a plan to create a new product? We currently have new products
like sari-saring Pancit sa Bilao and Lani Meat-Salu-Chow.

description for them that would capture the customers’ attention?
Our top three best-selling dishes would have to be:
1. Uberload is a lugaw topped with tokwa, shredded chicken breast, goto,
egg, and a fan favorite, Bacon Bagnet. This lugaw was called “a warm
hug w fillings (feelings)” by our loyal customers as it is a hearty meal
that will leave you wanting for more.
2. Tapang Taal Silog and;
3. Lomi XPL are both cooked ala Batangas style and these two dishes
are sure to make your mouth water by the smell alone.
● What dishes would they recommend to the customers?
I would like to recommend our Mangkok Salu Set and our Anak ng Tokwa
and Porky Pig Sisig Seryes.

Yes. The feedback of customers help a lot especially when we first started

The location is indeed accessible but our restaurant is kind of hidden because
of the cars parked in front of it. So many of our now loyal customers
mentioned how our place is hidden in plain sight.
