PAYMENT PLAN

Area (Sq. Yards) As Applicable


Basic Price/Sq. Yard. ₹ 31500 /-
Prime Location Charges (PLC) 10% corner., 10% Park facing
One Time Club Charges ₹ 1,50,000/-
EDC / Sq. Yard. ₹ 1000/- per sq. yards
EEC + Water / Sq. Yard. ₹ 500/-
Interest Free Maintenance Security ₹ 500/-
Deposit / Sq. Yard.

INSTALLMENT – PAYMENT PLAN

1 On Booking and Agreement 50% of the Basic Sale Price


2 On Completion of Road Work 25% of the Basic Sale Price
3 Offer of Possession 25% of the Basic Sale Price

NOTES:
 GST, Stamp duty, Registration Charges, and all other applicable government
charges/taxes will be applicable asper Govt. Norms.

 All Possession charges including Interest Free Maintenance Security Deposit


(IFMS) External Electrification Charges, 2 Years Advance Maintenance
Charges, are mandatory charges, needs to be paid at the time of possession of
the plot.

 Price List & Payment Plan can be revised at any time on the sole description
of the developer without notice.

 Booking is subject to detailed terms and conditions as given in the allotment


agreement and availability of the unit/plot on the date of actual transaction /
booking.
