KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This DEED OF DONATION, made and executed into by and among:
REYNALDO & MYRNA DE LEON , MARRIED , of legal age,
Filipinos and residents of 25 VICEROY ST. CASERIA MARIPOSA BF HOMES PH.4 LAS PINAS
CITY 1747, hereinafter referred to as the DONOR;
- and -
IRENE DE LEON , MARRIED , of legal age, Filipinos and residents
of 5 ANUIGUIS RD ZONE 7 PILAR VILLAGE LAS PINAS CITY 1740, hereinafter referred to as
the DONEE;
WITNESSETH: THAT
The DONOR is the registered owner of a parcel of land located in LAS PINAS ,
more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 8, 1, of the cons-subd. Plan (LRC) Pcs-6678, being a portion of the cons. Of the
lands described on plan Psu-199652, Psu-186331, & Psu-135411, Amd., LRC Rec. No. N-26335, N-34132, &
22576) situated in the Bos. of Talon, Pamplona, and Paimpitan, Mun.of Las Pinas, Prov. of Rizal, Is. Of
Luzon. Bounded on the NE., pts. 4 to 1 by Rd.Lot 1, on the 5E., pts. 1 to 2 by Lot 7,Blk. 1, both of the cons-
subd. plan,on the SW., pts. 2 to 3 by Paramount Village, Subd. & on the NW., pts. 3 to 4 by lot 9, Blk. 1, of
the cons-subd. plan. Beginning at a pt. marked “1” on plan,being S. 66 deg. 56’E., 3258.72 m.from BLBM
#1, Bo. of Pamplona, Las Pinas, Rizal, thence 5. 42 deg. 26’W., 18.33 m. to pt.2; thence (Over)
For and in consideration of the love and affection which the DONOR has for the DONEE who is
THEIR DAUGHTER , said DONOR by these presents do hereby give, transfer and convey by way of
DONATION unto the said DONEE, his/her heirs, successors and assigns all their (DONOR’s) interests, titles
and participations over the above-described parcels of land.
The DONOR hereby state for the purpose, that this donation is not made with the object of
defrauding his/her creditors, having reserved for himselfxx/herself sufficient property to answer for
his/her debts, if any, prior to this date.
The DONEE hereby RECEIVES AND ACCEPTS this gift and donation made in his/her favor by the
DONOR, who is HER PARENTS , and hereby express his/her appreciation and gratitude for the kindness
and generosity of the DONOR.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties to this Deed of Donation have hereunto set their hand on
DECEMBER 2023 , in LAS PINAS .
