Minor 7th chords 1-3-4-3 = minor triad + minor 7th (0 + 3 + 7 + 10).
    Cmin7: C Eb G Bb       moody, contemplative
Dominant 7th chords 1-4-3-3 = major triad + minor 7th (0 + 4 + 7 + 10).
    C7: C E G Bb         strong, restless
Suspended 2nd chords 1-2-5 = root + major 2nd + perfect 5th (0 + 2 + 7).
     Csus2: C D G        bright, nervous
