RE: REQUEST FOR CONTRACT EXTENSION
I hereby submit my request for contract extensions as aforementioned on similar or better terms.
I was posted at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital on 25th February, 2021
on a six month contract which ended and renewed on another six month contract which ended on
1st April 2022. The current extension is to end on 31st March 2024, ref;
KCPSB/HR/CNTR.EXTENSION/15/04/2022.
I was deployed at ICU Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital where I have
grown professionally in provision of quality healthcare services hence focused and motivated to
effectively continue to discharge my duties.
