I believe that lecturing is an effective teaching method for a teacher, as long as

the teaching method is new and interesting, it is enough for students to learn
knowledge in a relaxed atmosphere. On the contrary, if students are left to
discuss on their own, it is highly likely that the incorrect knowledge will lead to
misleading. For example, economics class, which is a very boring subject, I believe
that most students can’t do well in this subject. But if the teacher is teaching the
class in a funny way: teaching in a humorous tone, giving the students breaks, or
occasionally call on the students to increase the sense of participation. The course
will be interesting, and the students will want to listen to it. On the other hand, if
teachers let students discuss a complex and diverse subject such as economics,
the students will easily confuse by other students, which will slow down the
progress of the class. As a result, encouraging students to work in groups not only
doesn't make students more engaged and learn, but it actually makes them
confused about the course. But on contrary, if the teacher lecturing students in an
interesting way, then it will make the students learn knowledge in a happy way.

In recent years, there has been a continuing debate on the relevance and need for
public libraries in the digital years. Some people argue that there is a lot of
information available online, and libraries have lost their values. However, I
believe that public libraries continue to hold importance in our society. It is true
the internet provides easy access for information, we should not over value of
physical books. There are still many individuals who enjoy the experience of
reading an actual book and find it more interesting than reading on a screen.
Public libraries provide a space for these individuals to access a wide range of
books and explore different genres. By maintaining public libraries, cities can
cater to the needs and preferences of these book lovers. Public libraries also
serve as safe and inclusive spaces where individuals from diverse backgrounds
can come together and connect through literature.

In my opinion, I believe that the better approach to spending time off from work
or school is to make a plan. For instance, people feel most productive when they
know what they have done for the day. When I am at school, I like to create many
plans for myself. After following the plan throughout the day, I feel very
productive, and I can see exactly what I have been doing for the whole day. I think
that it should be the same for when we plan to play. It is important to know how
many things we do every day, and we can see it on our plan. Without this plan we
do not feel productive and cannot know how much things we do. However, it is
much better to have a plan spending time off from work or school, because it
saves time, and it also makes us feel productive.

From my perspective, I agree with Claire more, career satisfaction will impact
overall happiness. Because after your career is stable, you will have time to enjoy
more happiness. For example, my sister, who had no career before, was also
happy, but she did not feel satisfied, but felt empty. Because she has nothing to
do at home all day, and she has no hobbies of her own, she feels her life is boring.
But one day, she got a job. Since then, she has felt the meaning of life, because it
gives her own deep inner satisfaction. She also began to find her interests and
hobbies through her work, and also found her lover. So it also proves that when
you have a job, you become more confident, and other people will be attracted to
you, which will also give you a sense of satisfaction.

In my opinion, I think it is extremely important to strengthen students' soft skills,

because what they learn in school is not only knowledge, but also the way of
treating people and doing things in the society. So, I agree with Andrew. For
example, if I'm a college student who just graduated from the college and needs a
job. When I’m finding my jobs, empathetic character is one of the first thing the
interviewee looks at, then it's my personality and my empathetic because it's
related to my ability to communicate well and collaborate with other people in
the company. It is helpful for work, because I have the ability to understand the
frustration of colleagues. If there is such empathy ability, then it will be conducive
to communication, and also having benefits of increasing relationships, and
promote cooperation at work.
