RENT AGREEMENT
This Rent Agreement is made and executed at Gurgaon on 15th of Sep 2025
between the following parties:
Mr. Mahaveer Yadav S/o Prakash Yadav R/o U59, DLF Phase 3, Nathupur,
Gurgaon, Haryana 122002 (hereinafter called the First Party/ Landlord) where
the terms and conditions/ context so admit Include its representatives, executors,
administrators and assignees of the ONE PART
AND
Vicky Kumar Chaubey S/o Sanjay Kumar Chaubey R/o Village Murarpatti,
Post Kilpur, Thana Nawtan, Dist Siwan, Bihar 841243 (hereinafter called the
Second Party / Tenant where the terms and conditions so admits include its
representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns) of the
OTHER PART.
Whereas the First Party/Landlord is the absolute U60, Room No. 17, Ground
Floor DLF Phase 3, Nathupur, Gurgaon, Haryana 122002.Whereas the First
Party/Landlord has agreed to give above said premises for Residential purpose
on the following terms and conditions:-
And whereas the both the parties have agreed for it on the following terms and
conditions:-
That the tenant shall pay the monthly rent of Rs. 7500/- (Seven Thousand
Five Hundered Only) to the Party in advance First per month.
That the lock-in period will be Six month starting from the tenancy period if lessee
vacate said premises before lock-in period then security deposit will not be refunded.
That this lease can be terminated by both parties by serving One month written
notice.
That at time of leaving flat if whitewash/Maintenance is required then it would be
done by tenant in own cost.
• That the tenancy shall commence from 01/09/2025 to 31/07/2026 for 11
months.
• That the monthly rent of the premises will be paid to the Landlord in advance
every month on or before 10th day of each the English calendar month.
• That tenant will pay the electricity Bill @ 10 Rupee per unit .
• That the time during the terms and conditions of the premises to keep maintain
clean, neat, tidy and healthy in all seasons.
• That if the tenant wants to vacate the said premises before the tenancy period,
he will have to serve one month prior notice of his intention to the Landlord.
• That the tenant shall keep the property in good tenable, condition day to day
upkeep and repairs.
• That the tenant has taken the said premises only for use as Residential purpose
and shall keep the interior/exterior demise premises in a tenable condition
and shall not use the premises for any commercial, immoral, or nuisance
purpose.
• That the tenant will not make any kind of alteration/addition to the existing
structure and fixture/fitting in the said property.
• That tenant shall make the payment of the monthly maintenance charges as
applicable for common washing machine, Wi-Fi, power backup etc.
• That the Landlord shall have full right to visit and inspect the aforesaid
premises at any reasonable time without any objection or disturbance of the
tenant.
• Flat is fully furnished with facilities- Double bed with mattress, Almirah, Fans
,Lights, Window A/c, Water purifier, Fridge, Geyser , any kind of maintenance
in Flat would be borne by tenant and any other facilities mentioned above
would be charged extra.
In Witness whereof both the parties have set their respective hands to this
agreement on the date, month and year herein above written.
