7. OIL SEPARATION SYSTEM – FOR KOD & DEG
One oil separation system having MS tank, with heating arrangement and oil removing Disc
coupled to Geared Motor and accessories for KOD / Degreasing stage shall be provided. The
total circulation system will be designed that cascading effect will also be there, to save on
chemical consumption.

Construction Details:
Hot water generator would consist of a Heat exchanger, consisting of two closely wound,
helical, concentric coils. A blow down connection is provided for periodically blowing down any
sludge or accumulated dissolved solids during operation of the generator.
• Dust protected pre-wired foot mounted air-cooled control panel housing a Burner
Management system, Switch gear consisting of contactors, overload relays, fuses
etc. Hot water temperature display on digital temperature controller.
• Automatic fuel burner cut off and automatic restart at desired hot water
temperature.

9. LOAD BAR FOR MATERIAL HANDLING IN PT
Load bar for material handling of the size 5100 mm – 2300 mm – 2400 mm (L, W, H) shall be
provided. Initially we will provide 06 nos.
More load bars shall be fabricated by you as per our sample load bar with the
required modification at site.

supported at the bottom for providing proper
support to the pillars. The total bottom structure
of the oven cabin shall rest on the running
section, thus providing self-supporting structure
to the oven.
23. Painting Inside MS parts shall be painted with heat
resistant paint, and outside synthetic enamel
spray painted.
There will be exhaust blowers provided for suction of paint fumes. Exhaust blowers suck the
paint fumes (washed by water) and hence preventing paint from going into the blowers. Air
velocities are regulated to meet international pollution control norms and are maintained over
Lowest Explosive Level.

13. PAINT KITCHEN ENCLOSURE
Fabrication:

The complete oven structure shall be elevated to MS pillar structure having UDL on each
member. Insulated ramp shall be provided for access inside the oven.
Ducting:
Internal ducts have openings with fabricated grills are provided to uniformly distribute the
air throughout the oven. These distribution ducts are laid on the floor panel and in between
the conveyor tracks. The suction duct is placed on the roof of the Oven.
The design and placement of air duct with louvers/grills would be in such a way to minimize
the heat loss and to provide overall uniformity of temperature. Moreover, the easy movement
of articles at entry and exit point is provided so that no damage could occur to the painted
surface of articles.
All external ducts will be designed to avoid unnecessary bend and suitably insulated and
laded. The external ducts will be nut bolted to heat exchanger with the help of flanges thus
making maintenance easier.
In-Direct GAS Fired Heat Exchanger:
The heat Exchanger consists of SS 304 combustion chamber with proper arrangement of
suction and discharge connection of hot air circulation blower. The heat exchanger box is
duly insulated to reduce heat losses.
A burner is mounted on the combustion chamber with necessary controls and interlocks.
Maintenance Features:
Doors are provided for maintenance of the heat exchanger during the soothing operation.
Indirect gas fired burner will be back pull-out type for easy fitting.
Safety Features:
The circulating blower is inter-locked with the burner such that the blower is always ‘ON’
before the burner is ‘ON’.

16. WET TYPE AIR SUPPLY UNIT
The Wet Type Air supply unit provides dust free air inside the Booths for Pressurization. The
air is filtered at two stages. Pre – filtration and Water Washing giving the dust free air up to 5
~ 6 microns air inside the enclosed Booth chamber. The air thus fed into the enclosure also
helps in maintaining positive pressure inside the enclosure. This further prevents the chances
of dust entering into the enclosed chamber / flash -off zones from environment.

All cables being taken out would pass through grommet to avoid ingress. All wiring would be
aesthetically routed through proper channels and secured well wherever possible. All switches
and indicator lamps would have legend engraves on black name plate. All cabling would be
routed properly with saddle clamp/trays in aesthetic manner. The panel would have a pocket
to contain circuit diagram. Temperature controllers would be tampering proof.
Note: - Client must provide main incomer cable for the control panels in the plant.
Client has also to provide the Individual Earthing for all Motors / Equipment’s.
Earthing for Individual Motors, for required Equipment’s will be in Client Scope.

20. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES

6. Inspection:
If necessary, the goods will be offered for visual inspection only at our works/our
supplier's works.
Installation and Erection & Commissioning would take approx. 10 ~ 12 weeks after
handing over of the site. After 10 weeks both the activities shall go side by side.
8. Payment terms:
Supply: 30% amount of order value shall be made along-with the firm order. 60%
of order value plus 100% of taxes and duties would be made against Performa
invoice on pro rata basis before dispatch, 5% shall be payable after erection and
balance 5% after 15 days of successful commissioning.
9. Validity: Our offer shall remain valid for a period of 30 days from the date of offer.
10. Jurisdiction: All the contracts between purchaser & ourselves are deemed to be
entered at Noida and therefore subject to jurisdiction of civil court in Noida.
11. Warranty
a. All our equipments are thoroughly tested before dispatch and therefore can be
depended upon for long trouble free service. We undertake to make good, by
replacement or repair, defects arising out of faulty design, material or
workmanship, excluding those due to wear and tear within 15 months of the
date of dispatch or 12 months from the date of commissioning, whichever is

earlier, providing that if we do so require, the parts in respect of which
complaint is made, must be dispatched from the purchaser’s site to our works
at the expense of purchaser. Before liability can be entertained under this
clause such expenses will be refunded if our liability is admitted.
b. Bought out components such as motor, pumps, burners, etc. are guaranteed
by us only to the extend of guarantee given to us by respective suppliers.
We shall have a lien on the equipment supplied by us till all payments due to us
are released. The equipment will not be put into commercial operation or to
beneficial use without our written consent till we withdraw our lien.
13. Cancellation:
In case of Projects, we may send excess material to site to avoid any delay in the
project schedule due to material shortage. Such excess material will accompany

the regular material, but on the invoice only the value of the regular material will
be reflected. Therefore, after the execution excess material shall be taken back
without commercial invoice from your side. You shall provide the Challan for the
same.
