THE PRODUCTION OF WOOL

In some northern countries, keeping warm is a matter of living and dead=> life

and death, which means people there need clothes that show efficient in keeping warm

and that usually is a wool jacket=> lengthy lead in, should put more emphasis on the

importance of wool jacket. The jacket has a warm thick wool that slows the heat

exchanging process and boosts the heating process. Because of their efficiency, the

process to make the jacket is quite complex, which will be scattered into two stages,

making wool and making jackets.

The first step of making wool stage is to take the fur by trimming the sheep in

what they called shavingshearing. the fur is then being transferred to a big pool of water

and cleaning chemical mixture to wash all the dirt and dust. Then the cleaned pelt is

moved into a dyeing pot to color and then dried by the sun. When the fur has become dry,

it is moved to a spinning extruder to extract the pelt into thread. which then the most

being made into wool and the redundance remaining parts is recycled into string. When

we have wool, the stage of making jacked jakets has begun. First, the wool is being

collected to make a tuff of wool. then that tuff is stored storaged in box and is naked

made into ball of yarn. when those fluffy ball had been made, people use it for knitting

and making the fur jacket that is important for people of northern country and making the

carpet in which laying inside houses.

In conclusion, the process of producing wool is a lengthy process starting from

sheep- raising for wool to the final products of carpet and jackets.

In some northern countries, keeping warm is a matter of life and death. People rely on clothes
that are effective at retaining heat, such as wool jackets. Because of their efficiency, the process
of producing woolen products is complex and can be divided into two main stages: preparing the
wool and manufacturing the final products.

The first stage begins with shearing the sheep to obtain the fleece. The raw wool is then cleaned
in a mixture of water and chemicals to remove dirt and grease. After being washed, the wool is
dried in the sun. Next, it is carded and spun into threads. Most of these threads are used to make
wool, while the remaining parts can be recycled into strings. At this point, the wool is ready for
further processing.

The second stage involves turning the wool into products. First, the wool is collected and stored,
then made into balls of yarn. These yarns are used for knitting and weaving, producing wool
jackets and carpets, which play an important role in keeping people warm in cold climates.

In conclusion, the production of wool is a lengthy process that starts with sheep shearing and
ends with useful products such as jackets and carpets, which are essential for people living in
colder regions.
