Easy Egg Fried Rice Recipe:

Ingredients:
1. 1 plate of leftover cold rice (not spoiled).
2. 2 Eggs.
3. 3 slices of smoked beef bacon.
4. 1 large green onion (separate the white and the green).
5. 1 tsp. of seasoning powder/MSG.
6. 1 tsp of black pepper.
7. 4 tbsp of sesame oil.
8. 3 tbsp of oyster sauce.
9. A bottle of cooking oil.

Tools:
1. A frying pan/wok.
2. A spatula.
3. 2 empty plates & 1 bowl for the eggs.
4. A knife.
5. A cutting board.
6. A Fork.

Procedure:
1. Slice and dice the green onions into small pieces. Separate the white for the base
seasoning and the green for the garnishes.
2. Slice and dice 3 slices of smoke beef bacon into small squares.
3. Put both the white green onion’s part and the diced smoked beef bacon into
separate plates.
4. Crack 2 eggs into the bowl, throw in both 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder and the
black pepper on the eggs, and then mix it well with a fork.
5. Heat your frying pan on medium-high heat for approximately 3 to 5 minutes until it
reaches a slightly scorching temperature.
6. Once it has a light smoke on it, gently pour several cooking oils above the pan
(around 9 tablespoons), and then fry the green onion’s white parts.
7. Fry the green onion’s white part as you stir thoroughly with your spatula, and you
must shake your frying pan to prevent it from burning and sticking on the pan’s
surface.
8. Once the base seasoning starts to char, add the diced smoked beef bacon and follow
my previous instructions to ensure it doesn't stick to the surface.
9. Add your egg mixtures as the base ingredients begin to seep into one another, and
continue mixing until the mixture becomes slightly scrambled.
10. Once it has cooked to about 30%, add your leftover cold rice and continue mixing
until there are no clumps left.
11. Besides, keep mixing all the ingredients; don’t forget to pour in the sesame oil and
the oyster sauce to enhance the flavor even further! But, if you're pro enough, you
can go crazy with the tossing.
12. Once everything is ready, place it onto an empty plate. And then enjoy it while it's
still hot!
