About ITEF
International Tamil Engineers Forum (ITEF) is an emerging, 5,000+ members strong international
organisation of Tamil Engineers, with nine chapters around the world. The forum is a multidisciplinary
professional body that encompasses all disciplines of Engineering. ITEFs quest for professional
excellence has given it a place of pride amongst the `Tamil engineering community’.
ITEF is a ‘Not for Profit’ organisation that gives engineers a global platform for professional
development & networking, aims to create a global market for MSME products / services and help

Greetings from the International Tamil Engineers Forum!
The Professional Development Conference & Exposition 2025 (PDC)
is a landmark initiative dedicated to empowering Tamil engineers worldwide,
under the theme:

PRESENTATIONS
The International Tamil Engineers Forum (ITEF) firmly believes that students are the
torchbearers of innovation and sustainable progress. To encourage their participation, the
Professional Development Conference & Exposition 2025 has created a dedicated platform
for technical paper and poster presentations.

Paper Presentations
A special technical session will be organized where
selected students will present their research papers. Each
presentation will focus on practical solutions, creative
ideas, and innovations that align with the conference theme
‘Together Towards a Sustainable Tomorrow’. Presenters will
have the opportunity to showcase their knowledge before
an audience of industry experts, academicians, and global
delegates.
Poster Presentations
A designated exhibition space at the venue will display
posters created by students. These posters will visually
communicate innovative approaches to sustainability,
offering both technical depth and creative expression. This
interactive format will allow participants and visitors to
engage directly with the ideas showcased.

To maintain academic quality and fairness, Anna University has consented to evaluate all
student presentations. Based on their recommendations, the best entries will be honored
during the Valedictory Session.
The best-selected papers will each be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 1,00,000/- and given an
opportunity to present on the main conference platform alongside other distinguished
speakers.
This initiative not only recognizes young talent but also provides them with early exposure
to a professional conference environment, helping them develop confidence,
communication skills, and a sense of responsibility toward sustainable development.

MEGA JOB FAIR

One of the most significant highlights of the Professional Development Conference &
Exposition 2025 will be the Mega Job Fair, designed to open international career pathways
for Tamil engineers and professionals.
Organized through the vast Middle East network of ITEF, this initiative will bring together
recruiters, employers, and talent on a single platform. The Job Fair is expected to be one of
the largest of its kind, with a scale and impact that directly addresses both career growth
and global workforce demands.

3,000+ Appointment Letters (& 6,000+ upcoming)

Over the two-day convention, more than 3,000 appointment letters will be processed and
distributed to selected candidates. In addition to the confirmed positions, there is already
demand identified for another 6,000 jobs by December 2025, reflecting the trust
international employers place in Tamil talent.
The Job Fair will run continuously across both days of the conference as a parallel
session, allowing delegates to attend technical sessions while also exploring employment
opportunities. The Job Fair is positioned as a gateway to global recruitment, offering
engineers and graduates exposure to international career opportunities while fostering
the social and economic advancement of the Tamil community.
