The candidate has to deposit Rs.5,000/- as seat acceptance fee during allotment of seat. The
balance amount after deduction of Rs.5,000/- from the total amount as mentioned above is to be
payable for all candidates except TFW candidates. In case of TFW Category of candidates, the
amount to be paid is the amount subtracting both the Tuition Fee (i.e. Rs. 6000/- or Rs.3000/- or

Rs. 12000/- as the case may be) and seat acceptance fee (i.e. Rs. 5000/-) from the total amount as
mentioned above.
 The total balance amount is to be payable at the institute at the time of final admission through
 the following hyperlink (Payment shall be done after receiving the college fee book at the time of
 PI Reporting):

    Payment receipt (Write your Name, Branch & Phone No. on the payment receipt) is to be
submitted at the cash section of the institute at the time of final admission.
Apart from the above, a one-time payment of Rs. 2500/- for Student’s Association Fees and
Annual Fest fee Rs. 1500/- to be made online towards Student Welfare Fund. Online payment
receipt along with a copy of Aadhar Card to be submitted to the representatives of Students’
Association, KGEC at the time of admission.

 a)     ORIGINAL & SELF ATTESTED PHOTOCOPIES of (i) Class X Admit Card (ii) Class X Mark Sheet, (iii) H.S./
        Equivalent Mark Sheet (iv) WBJEE 2025 Admit Card and Rank Card (v)Allotment certificate of WBJEEB, (vii) Caste
        Certificate(SC/ST/OBC), if any, (viii) PwD Certificate(if applicable) (ix) EWS Certificate (if applicable).
      N.B.: The OBC-A/OBC-B candidates belong to Non Creamy Layer (NCL) only are eligible for consideration
          as reserved candidates. OBC-A/OBC-B candidates must produce updated NCL certificate (issued on or
          after 01.04.2025) during Counseling /Admission.
 b)     ORIGINAL CHARACTER CERTIFICATE from the Head of the institution last attended (Keep one attested photocopy
        with your own custody)
 c)     IN CASE OF BREAK OF STUDIES, a self declaration certificate is to be submitted by the student and
         countersigned by the guardian
 d)     ORIGINAL ANNUAL INCOME CERTIFICATE OF FATHER/GUARDIAN(For TFW Candidates) : should have
        been issued by (i) An Officer in the Rank of Assistant Secretary or above in State / Central Government ; (ii) District
        Magistrate; (iii) Additional District Magistrate: (iv) Sub-Divisional Officer (v) Block Development Officer. The Certificate
        must be issued on or after 01.04.2025 for the financial year 2024-25.
 e)     Domicile Certificate: As per directive of the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board
 f)     ORIGINAL MIGRATION CERTIFICATE - Students who are studying in any College affiliated to University other than
        Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal (Formerly known as West Bengal University of
        Technology – WBUT) need to submit Migration Certificate during Registration
 g)         FITNESS CERTIFICATE in any format for General Health and Eye separately to be produced from the
            Registered Medical Practitioner. The Certificate of Blood Group is to be obtained from an authorized laboratory to be
            submitted during admission.
 h)     Students need to submit TWO affidavits as per Annexure-I and Annexure-II on a non-judicial
        stamp paper of Rs. 10/- each before an Oath Commissioner /Notary (Please see Annexures)

Note: Admission will be refused if original Certificates/Documents, affidavits and corresponding
       self-attested photocopies of certificates/documents are not presented /submitted at the

      Hostel Facilities:   Hostel seats are limited.
       Procedure for admission : Intending students will fill up the prescribed form attached herewith and
      deposit the following amount through any online procedure as mentioned above to the following Bank

      online payment modules (i.e. Bhim/Googlepay/Paytm/Phonepay etc) to the respective hostel
