Scope of Services – Design Only


This option covers services strictly related to interior design, excluding execution or on-
site management.

1. Site survey, measurement, and space analysis.

2. Conceptualization, layouts, floor plans, and space planning.

3. Preparation of mood boards, colour schemes, material boards, and 3D renderings.

4. Selection of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and accessories.

5. Preparation of drawings, detailed plans, specifications, and documentation required


for execution.

6. Design presentations with up to three iterations based on Client feedback.

7. Advice and recommendations on cost estimates, material choices, and aesthetics.

8. Provision of vendor or supplier references (optional, without coordination


responsibility).

9. Guidance during the procurement process, if requested, but without supervision or


execution responsibility.
10. Final submission of design package for Client’s use in implementation.

11. The Client is entitled to up to three design iterations during the design phase.

12. Any changes requested beyond three iterations will be charged at ₹5,000 per room
per change, payable before implementation.

13. After the final design package is delivered, no further changes will be entertained.

14. The Interior Designer is not responsible for the execution of the design and will
provide documents for the Client’s use only.

15. All intellectual property rights remain with the Designer; the Client is granted a
limited license to use the designs solely for the specified project.

16. Confidentiality of project details must be maintained by both parties.

17. The timeline depends on Client’s timely feedback and approvals.
