Trisikad Driver's, discussed about anti-illegal drugs and crime situation of the said
Barangay.

R-PSB Team Bakhaw, Mandurriao led by PLT ANGELO T TAGACAY, Asst. Team

conducted a dialogue and distributed flyers on community anti-terrorism, anti-illegal
drugs, crime prevention tips and minor driving motor vehicle policy to the residents of
Barangay Bakhaw.

Community to strengthen the relationship with God and the religious sectors. This
participation underscores the team's commitment to spiritual growth and community

communities. Such activities are vital in promoting unity, moral integrity, and mutual

At around 8:30 AM of March 6, 2025, RPSB Team Mandurriao led by PLT ANGELO T
TAGACAY, Asst. Team Leader under the supervision of PCPT ROSS KEVIN C
OBEJAS, Team Leader, initiated a canal renovation project to address water flow
issues, prevent flooding, and improve sanitation in the community. This project aimed
to restore the drainage functionality and enhance the overall well-being of residents,
as well as to strengthen community trust and encouraged volunteerism and
cooperation among residents.

At around 3:30 PM of March 17, 2025, RPSB Team Mandurriao led by PLT ANGELO
T TAGACAY, Asst. Team Leader under the supervision of PCPT ROSS KEVIN C
OBEJAS, Team Leader, In response to the safety and security concerns of the
residents, the R-PSB team undertook the installation of streetlights in the dark streets
of the barangay. The R-PSB team collaborated with barangay officials and residents to
determine strategic locations where streetlights were most needed. This activity aims
to have a safer and progressive barangay.

At around 9:00 AM of March 21, 2025, R-PSB team Bakhaw, led by PLT ANGELO T
TAGACAY, Asst. Team Leader under the supervision of PCPT ROSS KEVIN C
OBEJAS, Team Leader,in collaboration with the Department of Health (DOH) and the
Barangay Council of Barangay Bakhaw, initiated a mosquito fogging operation to
control and prevent the spread of mosquito-borne diseases.

Revitalized-Pulis sa Barangay (R-PSB) team Bakhaw led by PLT ANGELO T
TAGACAY, Asst. Team Leader under the supervision of PCPT ROSS KEVIN C
OBEJAS, Team Leader in collaboration with the barangay officials, successfully
spearheaded a mass wedding ceremony aimed at providing couples with the
opportunity to legalize and celebrate their union. The event took place on April 24,
2025, 9:00AM at Jaro Cathedral, Jaro, Iloilo City, and was attended by local leaders,
family members, and community members who came together to witness this special
occasion.

On June 1, 2025, R-PSB Team Mandurriao led by PLT ANGELO T TAGACAY,
Assistant Team Leader ,under the supervision of PCPT ROSS KEVIN C OBEJAS,
Team Leader, the team built and painted bookshelves for the pupils Bakhaw Day Care
Center. This project aims to provide accessible and organized storage for educational
materials, thereby fostering an environment conducive to early childhood learning and
development.

On June 3, 2025, R-PSB Team Mandurriao led by PLT ANGELO T TAGACAY, Asst.
Team Leader under the supervision of PCPT ROSS KEVIN C OBEJAS, Team Leader
conducted House Blessing and Turn-over Ceremony to J-ann D Lozada a recipient of
Adopt a Family program of R-PSB Bakhaw together with Barangay Officials and
Pastor Jake Jacar of Full Gospel Community Church who graced solemnly a house
blessing, This initiative is part of R-PSB Team Bakhaw’s commitment to building
stronger ties with the community through outreach and meaningful programs. The
Adopt-a-Family Program not only provides shelter but also symbolizes the team's
mission to be a pillar of support and compassion for those in need.

On June 10, 2025, R-PSB Team led by PLT ANGELO T TAGACAY, Asst. Team
Leader R-PSB Bakhaw, under the supervision of PCPT ROSS KEVIN C OBEJAS,
Team Leader R-PSB Bakhaw, conducted Brigada Eskwela at Bakhaw Integrated
School, Barangay Bakhaw, Mandurriao, Iloilo City. This activity fostered a sense of
environmental stewardship and to ensure that the school is ready to welcome their
students.

On June 11, 2025, R-PSB Team led by PLT ANGELO T TAGACAY, Asst. Team
Leader under the supervision of PCPT ROSS KEVIN C OBEJAS, Team Leader
conducted free anti-rabies vaccination campaign for the dogs and cats of Barangay
Bakhaw. This initiative aimed to promote public health and safety by preventing the
spread of rabies, a deadly but preventable disease. It also sought to encourage
responsible pet ownership by educating the community on the importance of regular
vaccinations and proper animal care and strengthen community relations by fostering
cooperation and trust between Revitalized-Pulis sa Barangay and local residents
through civic-oriented programs.

On June 24, 2025, R-PSB Team Mandurriao led by PLT ANGELO T TAGACAY, Asst.
Team Leader under the supervision of PCPT ROSS KEVIN C OBEJAS, Team Leader
supported to a day care worker by helping prepare the classroom for the upcoming
school year. Their efforts focused on creating a clean, safe, and visually appealing
learning environment that young pupils can enjoy and thrive in.

On June 24, 2025, R-PSB Team Mandurriao led by PLT ANGELO T TAGACAY, Asst.
Team Leader under the supervision of PCPT ROSS KEVIN C OBEJAS, Team Leader
conducted a community outreach activity at the Barangay Bakhaw Day Care Center.
As part of their commitment to supporting child-friendly and safe learning
environments, the team undertook the task of painting the tables used by the children
in the center.

`On June 25, 2025, R-PSB Team Mandurriao led by PLT ANGELO T TAGACAY, Asst.
Team Leader under the supervision of PCPT ROSS KEVIN C OBEJAS, Team Leader
conducted the turnover of newly built two (2) bookshelves to the Barangay Day Care
Center. This initiative was part of the team's ongoing community outreach efforts
aimed at supporting early childhood education.

On June 25, 2025, R-PSB Team Mandurriao led by PLT ANGELO T TAGACAY, Asst.
Team Leader under the supervision of PCPT ROSS KEVIN C OBEJAS, Team Leader
installed a whiteboard at the Barangay Day Care Center, enabling teachers to write
lessons and topics for easier learning through visual aids. This initiative aims to
enhance the teaching and learning experience, promote visual-based instruction, and
support early childhood education by providing better classroom resources.

On July 8-9, 2025, R-PSB Team Mandurriao led by PLT ANGELO T TAGACAY, Asst.
Team Leader under the supervision of PCPT ROSS KEVIN C OBEJAS, Team Leader
conducted two (2) days community outreach program titled "Libreng Gupit" at Bakhaw
Integrated School. This activity was part of the R-PSB continuing effort to serve the
community not only through law enforcement but also through meaningful civic action
programs that uplift the lives of people, especially the youth.

At around 10:00 AM of July 29, 2025, R-PSB Team Mandurriao led by PLT ANGELO
T TAGACAY, Asst. Team Leader under the supervision of PCPT ROSS KEVIN C
OBEJAS, Team Leader, successfully conducted a community veterinary outreach
activity in Barangay Bakhaw, Mandurriao, Iloilo City. The event featured free
deworming, anti-rabies vaccination, and neutering services for dogs and cats, bringing
essential animal health services directly to the barangay.

This initiative was carried out in partnership with the Barangay Officials, the Iloilo City
Veterinary Office, and Universal Robina Corporation, which served as the major
sponsor of the event. The activity forms part of the broader commitment of the R-PSB
program to support public health and safety while fostering closer ties between the
police and the community.

Team Leader, conducted a house visitation to the graduate of the Community-Based
Drug Rehabilitation Program (CBDRP).
The primary objective of the visitation was to encourage the graduates to actively
participate in the upcoming orientation spearheaded by the City Social Welfare and
Development Office (CSWDO). The orientation aims to introduce and explain various
plans and programs intended for the CBDRP graduates, as part of the continuous
reintegration and support initiative of R-PSB Bakhaw.

On September 13, 2024, R-PSB Team led PCpl Jelben Y Villarin under the
supervision of PCPT ROSS KEVIN OBEJAS, Team Leader together with Bgry. Official
Headed by Hon. Joel E alvarado Punong Barangay conducted Canal Drainage
Cleaning at Zone 0, of said Barangay. This activity helps to maintain the cleanliness of
canals and improve the flow of water to prevent flooding and remove pollutants from
urban runoff .
