I am respectfully submitting this Letter of Intent to formally apply for the reclassification of my
teaching position from Teacher II to Teacher V in accordance with the Department of Education’s
guidelines and policies on position reclassification.

I, Salimar M. Mijares, currently employed as Teacher II at Tanglaw National High School, have
continuously rendered dedicated service in the teaching profession. Over the years, I have
endeavored to demonstrate competence, commitment, and excellence in my duties as an educator.
I have also complied with the requirements set forth by the Department for reclassification.

With this, I am earnestly requesting your favorable endorsement and approval of my application for
reclassification to Teacher V. This step will not only serve as recognition of my professional growth
and accomplishments but will also inspire me to further enhance the quality of instruction and
service I provide to our learners.
