LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
MR HENRY LOGAN
1, Mr Henry Logan, of Manchester, Pennsylvania, revokes my
former Will and Codicils and declares this to be my Last Will
and Testament.
ARTICLE I
IDENTIFICATION OF FAMILY
I am married to Mrs. Mercy Logan and the failure of this Will
to provide for any distribution to Mrs. Mercy Logan is
intentional.
I do have only a child at the time of the signing of this
Will.
ARTICLE II
PAYMENT OF DEBTS AND EXPENSES
I direct that my just debts, funeral expenses and expenses of
last illness be first paid from my estate.

ARTICLE III
DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY
A. Specific Requests. I direct that the following specific
bequests be made from my estate.
10 GOLD BARS 24K 999.99 PURITY shall be distributed to Ms
Tryphosa Logan. If this beneficiary does not survive me, this
bequest shall be distributed with my residuary estate.
MY 7 BEDROOM HOUSE IN PENNSYLVANIA shall be distributed to Ms
Tryphosa Logan. If this beneficiary does not survive me, this
bequest shall be distributed with my residuary estate.
LORGAN'S STORES shall be distributed to Ms Tryphosa Lorgan. If
this beneficiary does not survive me, this bequest shall be
distributed with my residuary estate.
MY 3 BEDROOM HOUSE IN ILLINOIS shall be distributed to Ms
Tryphosa Logan. If this beneficiary does not survive me, this
bequest shall be distributed with my residuary estate.
MY WELL FARGO BUSINESS ACCOUNT WORTH $345,500.00 shall be
distributed to Ms Tryphosa Lorgan. If this beneficiary does
not survive me, this bequest shall be distributed with my
residuary estate.
MY 3 CARS IN PENNSYLVANIA AND ILLINOIS shall be distributed to
Ms Tryphosa Logan. If this beneficiary does not survive me,
this bequest shall be distributed with my residuary estate.
B. Remaining Tangible Personal Property, My remaining tangible
personal property shall be distributed to Ms Tryphosa Logan.
If this beneficiary does not survive me, this bequest shall be
distributed with my residuary estate.

C. Residuary Estate, I direct that my residuary estate be
distributed to Tryphosa Logan, Chicago,Illinois. If such
beneficiary does not survive me, my residuary estate ghall be
distributed to Tryphosa Logan, Chicago, Illinois. If such
beneficiary does not survive me, my residuary estate shall be
distributed to my heirs-at-law, their identities and
respective shares to be determined under the laws of the State
of Pennsylvania, then in effect, as if I had died intestate at
the time fixed for distribution under this provision.
ARTICLE IV
NOMINATION OF EXECUTOR
I nominate Barrister Peter Mersah, of Manchester,
Pennsylvania, as my Independent Executor, to serve without
bond, surety, or other security. If such a person or entity
does not serve for any reason, I nominate Esther Amponsah, of
Manchester, Pennsylvania, to serve as Independent Execute, to
serve without bond, surety, or other security.
ARTICLE V
EXECUTOR POWERS
A. Power to Administer Estate. My Independent Executor, with
respect to my estate, in addition to other powers and
authority granted by law or necessary or appropriate for
proper administration, shall have the following rights,
powers, and authority without order of court and without
notice to anyone;
1. Independent Administration. My Independent Executor shall have the right to administer
my estate using "informal", "unsupervised", or
"independent" probate or equivalent legislation

designed to operate Without unnecessary
intervention by the probate court.
ARTICLE VI
SPECIAL DIRECTIVES
I, hereby state, that in addition to the directives and
bequests as set forth in this Will, it is my desire and wish
to include the following special directives and last wishes:
THESE PROPERTY CAN NOT BE OWNED BY ANY PERSON(S) EXPECT FOR
TRYPHOSA OR HER TRUSTED LOVER LIFE TIME PARTNER AND HUSBAND TO
BE WHICH SHE CAN ONLY APPROVE. SHE HAS THE RIGHT TO SEND
ANYBODY TOP THE LAW COURT IF HER BIRTHRIGHT IS DENIED.
ARTICLE VII
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
A. Paragraph Titles and Gender. The titles given to the
paragraphs of this Will are inserted for reference purposes
only and are not to be considered as forming a part of this
Will in interpreting its provisions. All words used in this
Will in any gender shall extend to and inc hide all genders,
and
any singular words shall include the plural expression, and
vice versa, specifically including "child" and "children",
when the context or facts so require, and any pronouns shall
be taken to refer to the person or persons intended regardless
of gender or wumber
B. Common Disaster. If my spouse and I die under circumstances
such that there is no clear or convincing evidence as to the
order of our deaths , or if it is difficult or impractical to

determine which person survived the death of either person. it
shall, for the purpose of distribution of my life insurance,
property passing under any Trust or other contracts, if any,
and property passing under this Will, be conclusively presumed
that I survived the death of my spouse.
C. Liability of Fiduciary. No Fiduciary when is a natural
person shall, in the absence of fraudulent conduct or bad
faith, be liable individually to any beneficiary of my estate,
and my estate shall indemnify such natural person from any and
all claims or expenses in connection with or arising out of
that fiduciary's good faith actidas or monactions of the
fiduciary, except for such actions or nonactions which
constitute fraudulent conduct or bad faith, No successor
trustee shall be obliged to inquire into or be in any way
accountable for the previous administration of the trust
property.
D. Compensation. The Executor is entitled to receive
reasonable compensation for their services under this Will and
be exonerated from and to pay all reasonable expenses and
charges of the estate and trust
E. Beneficiary Disputes. If any bequest requires that the
bequest be distributed between or among two or more
beneficiaries, the specific items of property comprising the
respective shares shall be determined by such beneficiaries if
they can agree, and if not, by my Executor.

We, the undersigned, hereby certify that the above instrument,
which consists of pages, including the page(s) which contain
the witness signatures, was signed in our sight and presence

instrument to be his her Last Will and Testament and we, at

Self-Proving Clause
COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA COUNTY OF YORK
1, Mr Henry Logan, the Testator, whose name is signed to the
attached or foregoing instrument, having been duly qualified
according to law, do hereby acknowledge that I signed and
executed the instrument as my Last Will; that I signed it
willingly and as my free and voluntary act for the purposes
expressed in the instrument.
