Install the swing bearing with the stamped mark (2) on the inner race relative to the carbody and the stopper (1).
(3) Apply 5P-3931 Anti-Seize Compound to the surfaces in contact with the dowel pins.
(4) Apply 5P-3931 Anti-Seize Compound to the threads of the bolts.
Torque for 21 bolts ... 274 ± 29 N·m (202 ± 21 lb ft)
Turn the bolts 60° ± 5° further.
(5) Torque for bolt ... 37 ± 4 N·m (27 ± 3 lb ft)
After the swing bearing has been installed, remove access cover (6) and add approximately 13 kg (28.7 lb) of
1P-0808 grease.
(7) Torque for clamp ... 5.4 ± 0.5 N·m (4 ± 1 ft)
(8) Torque for bolts ... 37 ± 4 N·m (27 ± 3 lb ft)
(9) Torque for plug ... 60 ± 6 N·m (44 ± 4 lb ft)

(10) Apply 5P-3931 Anti-Seize Compound to the threads of the bolts.
Torque for 17 bolts ... 274 ± 29 N·m (202 ± 21 lb ft)
Turn the bolts 60° ± 5° further.
(11) Apply 5P-3931 Anti-Seize Compound to the threads of the bolts.
Torque for 36 bolts ... 274 ± 29 N·m (202 ± 21 lb ft)
Turn the bolts 60° ± 5° further.
Apply 1U-8846 Gasket Maker on surfaces (G).
