During the visit, the instructor was engaged lecture.


two batches of LTV (Light Transport Vehicle) students (totaling 40) and one batch of HTV
(Heavy Transport Vehicle) students (20) were combined for lecture
The institute staff insisted that there is no difference between HTV and LTV theory, hence
the classes are combined.
The practical training area is located away from the main institute.
Only two vehicles were available for HTV practical training, to be shared among 40
students within a 4-hour class duration.
