HSBC Data Processing India Pvt Ltd, Kolkata Job Role: Lotus Notes Analyst Currently working as Lotus notes Analyst for Lotus Notes Team supporting users from several regions. I have been maintaining a consistent and improving performance in my team I help many of my colleagues in the team for queries regarding Lotus Notes. From the very beginning I have been ready for any shift changes which has helped me understand issues and problems for different regions I have trained a few team members on Lotus Notes troubleshooting as per requirements of different business regions I have derived measures to improve FCR and reduce Average Call Handling time and shared it with the team at regular intervals. This is primarily based on making the Analysts aware of the present scenario. This has helped in substantial improvement in the qualitative aspect of the GHD-LN team. I have currently started a YB Project for HTSN call reduction, The Goal is to achieve FTE benefit & it is currently in its measure phase Ive also been working on monthly MI reports , collating data, providing training to new joiners or other support teams, collaborating with other support teams to analyse business gaps & to reduce the time or errors within the process/companys IT infrastructure.
