Permanent Chastity Agreement
Parties:

Purpose & Overview:
The Submissive voluntarily consents to be kept in a chastity device controlled by the Keyholder.
This agreement expresses mutual understanding of roles, boundaries, and safety protocols.
Both parties acknowledge they enter lucidly and of their own free will.
Term:
This agreement begins on __________________ (date) and will remain in effect until revoked
by the Submissive, terminated by mutual written agreement, or otherwise ended per the
Emergency/Health provisions below.
Access & Removal:
The Submissive will remain in the chastity device except for:
1. When requested by an established partner (for a play session, then locked again
afterwards).
2. Authorized weekly cleaning/removal (scheduled at least once weekly).
3. Medical appointments or any health-related need.
4. Immediate emergency release (see Emergency/Health).
Only the Keyholder or an agreed authorized third party may remove the device unless the
Submissive exercises revocation (see Revocation).
Hygiene & Care:
Weekly full removal and cleaning is mandatory; the Keyholder will ensure privacy, dignity, and
proper sanitary procedures during cleaning.
The Keyholder shall inspect fit and circulation during every cleaning and notify the Submissive
of any concern. If irritation, swelling, pain, numbness, discharge, or other medical concerns
arise, removal and medical evaluation will occur immediately.

Safety, Health, & Emergency Release:
The Submissive retains the unilateral right to an immediate release in any circumstance where
they feel their health or safety is at risk. No party may obstruct or delay emergency release.
The Keyholder agrees to honor any safeword(s), safegesture(s), and any explicit revocation by
the Submissive (verbal, written, or pre-arranged signal).
Emergency removal is possible via a provided tagged e-key. The Keyholder will be notified of it’s
use as soon as reasonably possible.
If Keyholder is unreachable in an emergency, the Submissive may use the e-key for removal.
Consent & Revocation:
Consent is ongoing and may be revoked by the Submissive at any time. Revocation can be
expressed verbally, in writing, via safeword, or via the agreed safegesture. Upon revocation the
Keyholder agrees to remove the device promptly or to permit immediate access for removal.
The Submissive understands prior statements consenting to long-term chastity do not eliminate
their right to withdraw consent at any time.
Limits & Veto:
The Submissive retains veto over any command that:
(a) is illegal
(b) risks permanent bodily harm
(c) causes serious mental harm.
The Keyholder will not coerce the Submissive into foregoing medical care.
Communication & Check-Ins:
The parties will check in at minimum once per day in writing or voice, and more frequently
during initial long-term periods.
Both agree to honest disclosure of health issues, medications, and any changes that affect safe
chastity use.

Termination:
Either party may terminate this contract in writing. Termination does not absolve either party of
responsibilities for immediate safety/hygiene needs.

I, the Submissive, have read, understand, and freely consent to this agreement, knowing I may
revoke consent at any time.
