With reference to the above, your proposal of way leave facilities for above mentioned
work have been approved by the competent authority. You are provisionally authorized to execute
the work by Trenchless/HDD method within Railway land as per approved drawing subject to the
following conditions:-
Work to be executed after execution of way leave agreement & deposition of all
way leave charges through online payment portal of MERS on RBCS website and
submission of 5 lakh Bank Guarantee (BG) on standard format with Rs.2500 stamp
paper.
The work should be carried out under the close supervision of Railway Officials as
per Railway board circular’s/RDSO guidelines, amended time to time.
If any damages occurred to the Railways property, necessary charges shall be paid
by the party as per Railway board Lno-2001/LML/24/20 dated-14.09.2016 &
2003/Tele/RCIL/pt. IX dated-24.06.2012(Telecom circular no-17/2013).
The work should be executed strictly as per approved final drawing only in presence
of Railway authorized personnel concerned ADEN, SSE(P-way), SSE(Works) etc.
Work should be executed with five day notice in advance to S&T/Engg./Electrical
&optg. staff. The depth of pipe line crossing below the GL should be strictly
decided in consultation and presence of S&T department of Railway. The minimum
depth from GL must be as per approved drawing.
Date of commencement and completion of work information should be advised this
office immediately after completion of work through concerned ADEN.
All safety measures must be taken at the time of execution of the work, by the party.
It must be insured while execution of work existing cables must not be affected at
any cost.
The work should be completed within 06 months from date of final work
permission/agreement.
The Railway will not be responsible at any stage to refund way leave charges.
