‘THE REPUBLIC OF UGANDA
IN THE MATTER OF THE COMPANIES ACT Cap.106
AND
IN THE MATTER OF EXERTION FORCE INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIMITED
BOARD RESOLUTION
At a MEETING of the Board of Direction of EXERTION FPORCE INTERNATIONAL
COMPANY LIMITED (The company) held at the Company's registered offices at
Mulwanyamuli Road, Kikaaya Parish, Kikaaya zone, Kawempe Division on the 14" June, 2025.
IT WAS RESOLVED THAT;

That the company opens up and operates Uganda shilling and United State Dollar
account with ABSA BANK UGANDA Ltd and CENTERARY BANK for the purposes
of its operations
OKELLO SILVER and MUSOKE HASIFA to be the only signatories to the above
company’s bank accounts and all company financial documents to the bank shall be
signed by BOTH of the above mentioned signatories and their to the banks shall always
apply.
‘The banks are here by authorized to honor all cheques, bills of exchange, promissory
notes acceptance, negotiable instruments and express orders to be made, drawn accepted
or given on behalf of the company and the banks do act on instruments so given relating
to transactions of the company when signed by the above mentioned persons.
‘This resolution be filed and registered with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau.
‘The registrar of companies be notified accordingly.
