I, Henry C. Monzones, hereby agree and promise to pay


____________________ the sum of four hundred thousand pesos
(P400,000.00) for value received, with interest at an annual rate
of twelve percentum (12%), payable in quarterly installments of
fifty thousand peso denominations, and which will commence
on August 30, 2024 until fully-paid.
