Job Summary: To manage the Employee Life Cycle Activity and to establish human resources as a
core competitive filed for the company.

1 To do recruitment process for the Office staff as well as for the factory staff by employing
different sources of recruitment

2 To perform the induction process of new employee and worker according to their job role

3 To schedule training and development activities as per the need of the employee

4 To manage the colony premises and coordinate with the new workers for their
accommodation as and when required

5 To get new employee enrolled into the biometric system for the Time and Attendance
policy

6 To implement all the organizational policies and report the deviation in the same

7 To conduct the award reward meetings at the defined frequency

8 To handle the Employee Grievances and to handle it amicably without any losses to work
schedule

9 To prepare the payroll document for the management and consultant purpose

10 To maintain all the compliance related registers and documents

11 To manage the Exit Process and Full and Final Process for all the employees

12 To be present during shift allotment and allocate and arrange the required resources for
the company

13 To Ensure that housekeeping is done properly in the company and factory premises

14 To do the preparation for the event celebration as and when required

15 To upgrade own self on the new HR Practices, Rules and Regulations

16 To perform the other HR and ADMIN Related work as and when organization structure
and business model innovates

17 To prepare the MIS of HR Department.

18 To maintain the Employee Motivation and enthusiasm during the job
