BALLAST WATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

BWMS 快速使用指南
① 过滤器进出口位置:下进上出;
核心部件 1:过滤器
Filter inlet and outlet position:
Core Part1: Filter
Lower flange-Inlet&Upper flange: Outlet
② 过滤器“上盖”装有减速电机:滤器反洗电机-M2;
Filter "Top Cover" with deceleration motor:
Filter Back-flush Motor -M2;
③ 过滤器进口装有压力变送器:滤前压力 PT1;
Filter Inlet with Press transmitter: PT1;
④ 过滤器出口装有压力变送器:滤后压力 PT2;
Filter Outlet with Press transmitter: PT2;
⑤ 过滤器底座装有滤器反洗排污口;
Filter bottom have sewage outlet with Back-flush;
备注【Note】:

PT1/PT2 压力变送器接口 G1/4'外丝,配装有 G1/4'内丝不锈钢球阀;


PT1 / PT2 pressure transmitter interface G1 / 4 'outer wire, equipped with G1 / 4' stainless steer wire
ball valve;

核心部件 2:紫外反应器 ① 紫外反应器出口位置:手孔盖板侧;

② 紫外反应器本体外部传感器:
温度变送器-TT、紫外线传感器 IT1/IT2;
UV Reactor External Sensor: UV Temp.-TT、
UV IRR. Transmitter-IT1/IT2;
③ 紫外反应器本体外部电磁阀:排气电磁阀-YV;
UV Reactor External Electromagnetic Valve:
Solenoid Vent valve YV;
④ 紫外反应器本体内部电机:紫外刮板电机 M1;
UV Reactor inside Motor: UV sleeve wiper M1
⑤ 紫外反应器本体内部限位开关: 磁感应开关 CC1/CC2;

备注【Note】: Limited switch inside the UV Reactor: Limited switch CC1/CC2

1、温度变送器接口为 G1/2 外丝,紫外线传感器接口为 G3/4 外丝,磁感应开关接口为 M12 螺纹;


Temp. Transmitter TT interface is G1 / 2 outer wire, UV sensor IT1 / IT2 interface is G3 / 4 outer
wire, Hall switch CC1 / CC2 interface is M12 thread;
2、紫外反应器水平安装时,排气电磁阀 YV 安装在紫外反应器本体上。紫外反应器垂直安装时,排
气电磁阀 YV 安装在管路的最高处,排出的水气可直接排在机舱底部【具体按照项目设计图纸】。
When UV Reactor is installed horizontally, YV is installed on the UV Reactor . When UV Reactor is
installed vertically, YV is installed at the highest position of the pipeline, and the exhausted water and gas
can be directly discharged at the bottom of the cabin [specifically according to the project design drawing].
3、CC1 安装于紫外刮板电机侧,CC2 为对侧,其中 CC1 为电机停留的原点位置。
CC1 is installed on the motor side of the UV scraper, CC2 is the opposite side, where CC1 is the
origin position where the motor stays.

A. 设备&管路安装到位后,检查内容
After the equipment & pipeline is installed, check the content

2 PN:紫外刮板电机侧正压腔压力变送器-【防爆适用】
Check the sensors on the UV Reactor
UV Wiper Motor Side Press. Transmitter-[ Ex ]
[Pump Intlet] PT3、PT4 [Pump Outlet]
检查排污泵前泵后压力变送器是否安装到位; PT3,量程有负压,为-1~5Bar,勿装反;
3 Range has negative pressure, Range is -1 ~ 5Bar,
Check press transmitter before & after Back flush Pump
please do not Misinstall;
BV1【Filter inlet】、BV2【Filter Outlet】、BV3
【De-Ballasting】、BV4【Bypass】、BV5【Sys.Outlet】、
检查系统内 6 个阀门的安装位置是否正确; BV6【Sewage】

Check the 6 valves within the system 【BV5 是调节阀,请勿与其它阀门混掉】

检查是否按照铭牌水流方向正确安装;
检查电磁流量计 FT;

BV1/BV2/BV3/BV4/BV6 线缆 防止 AC220V 电源线接入到 811 公共端,烧坏 PLC
3 Confirm BV1 / BV2 / BV3 / BV4 Prevent the AC220V power line from being connected to the 811 public
/ BV6 cable terminal and burn out the PLC

CC1/CC2 线缆 防止 CC1/CC2 接错或接反,刮板运行时,信号不起作用,撞壁!


4 Confirm CC1 / CC2 limit switch Prevent CC1 / CC2 from being connected wrongly or reversely. When
cable the scraper is running, the signal does not work and hit the wall!

C. 设备上电后,请确认以下内容
After powering on the device, please check the content

正确的是:从电机侧看联轴器运转方向,【正转】逆
时针转为远离电机侧,【反转】顺时针转为回到电机
侧。电机启动首先是正转,再反转;
The correct is: when looking at the coupling running
刮板电机 M1 正反转要确认;
1 direction from the motor side, [Forward] turns
Check the Wiper Motor M1 Forward /Reverse counterclockwise get away from the motor side,
and [Reverse] turns clockwise to return to the motor
side.The motor starts with forward rotation and then
reverse rotation;
正常上电后,温度值会有显示,如有问题,可能信号
线反接造成。
确认温度变送器 TT 是否有值?

sequence.
如不能,请按照“GPS 调试方法”进行排查
确认 GPS 信号线,是否能读取到 GPS 位置?
5 If not, please troubleshoot according to "GPS

若未能打开,造成反洗失效,排污管路压力升高,憋
压!
做压载模式测试时,务必要检查下排污管路 BV6 阀门 注意:系统工作时,MV1 手动阀门永远是常开!
末端的手动阀门是否打开 If it fails to open, it will cause backwash failure, and

Check if the manual valves behind the BV6 valve the pressure of the sewage pipe will increase, and
are all open? the pressure will be reduced!
Note: When the system is working, the MV1 manual
valve is always open!

备注【Note】:

①、防爆系列产品下,紫外反应器内灯管&刮板电机 M1,磁感应开关 CC1/CC2,紫外线传感器 IT1/IT2 工作,均

需“换气完成”,即正压控制箱“正压指示灯”亮起后,才允许工作!

In the explosion-proof series, the lamp tube & scraper motor M1 in the UV reactor, the magnetic induction switch
CC1 / CC2, and the UV sensor IT1 / IT2 all need to be “ventilated”, that is, the “positive pressure indicator” of the
positive pressure control box is on. Only allowed to work after the start!

LeesGreen BWMS 操作步骤【Instructions】


1. 从电源柜内打开系统供电电源后,并查看控制箱供电是否正常、触摸屏有无报警。
After turning on the power supply of the system from the power cabinet, check whether the power supply of the
control Unit is normal and whether the touch screen has an alarm.
2. 在控制箱触摸屏上选择工作模式,压载/卸载/旁通模式;
Select the work mode, ballast / unload / bypass mode on the control Unit HMI;
3. 确认并打开【BWMS】系统进口处管路相关手动阀门以及【BWMS】系统出口处相关手动阀门,确保 压
载水进舱/排弦管路切换正常;
Confirm and open the manual valves related to the pipeline at the inlet of the [BWMS] system, and the
related manual valves at the outlet of the [BWMS] system to ensure that the ballast water inlet / line chopping
pipelines are properly switched;
4. 【此项仅适用于防爆产品】正压控制箱上电后,气路打开,调整气路阀门将正压控制箱上的气压表指针稳
定在“200~800”之间,再点击“换气按钮”,电磁阀 YV2 打开,流量开关流量指示灯亮起,正压系统开始换气,直
至“正压指示灯”亮起,紫外反应器才能正常工作,触摸屏画面上显示“紫外反应器允许工作!”;
[This item is only applicable to explosion-proof products] After the positive pressure control box is powered on,
the gas path is opened. Adjust the gas path valve to stabilize the barometer pointer on the positive pressure
control box between "200~800", and then click " "Ventilation button", Solenoid valve YV2 opens and the flow
indicator of the flow switch lights up,the positive pressure system starts to ventilate until the "positive pressure
indicator light" lights up, the UV reactor can work normally, and the touch screen screen displays "UV reactor is
allowed to work!";
5. 请在触摸屏上点击“点灯运行”按钮,并开启相应模式下的压载泵;
On HMI, please click the "lighting operation" button, and turn on the ballast pump in the corresponding Mode;
注意:A:压载模式下,当系统进入预热模式时,压载水是要通过系统外手动阀门切换排出弦外,当预热模式结
束后(即紫外灯管上升至设定功率后,一般为 2~3 分钟),再通过系统外手动阀门将压载水切换进压载舱。
In the ballast mode, when the system enters the preheating mode, the ballast water is switched out of
the string by a manual valve outside the system. (the UV lamp after the rise to the set power 2 ~ 3 minutes),
and then switch the ballast water into the ballast tank through the manual valve outside the system.
B:卸载模式下,当系统进入预热模式时,压载水是要通过系统外手动阀门切换进压载舱,当预热模式结
束后(即紫外灯管上升至设定功率后,一般为 2~3 分钟),再通过系统外手动阀门将压载水排弦外。
In the unloading mode, when the system enters the preheating mode, the ballast water is switched into
the ballast tank through a manual valve outside the system. When the preheating mode ends (the UV lamp
after the rise to the set power 2 ~ 3 minutes), and then the ballast water is discharged through the manual
valve outside the system.
6. 系统此时正式进入压载/卸载模式;
The system officially enters the ballast / unload mode at this time;
7. 完成压载/卸载流程后,直接关闭相应的压载泵,BWMS 紫外灯管也会直接关停;
After completing the ballast / unloading process, directly shut down the corresponding ballast pump, and the
BWMS UV lamp will directly shut down as well;
8. 紫外灯管进入二次冷却保护倒计时(5 分钟)。
The UV lamp enters the secondary cooling protection countdown (5 minutes).
9. 紫外刮板同时也进入延时启动倒计时(5 分钟),需注意前提是 5 分钟内无其它相关操作,倒计时完成后,
刮板电机将启动清洗工作一个来回,清洗时间约为 15min。
The UV Wiper also enters a delayed start countdown (5 minutes). Please note that there is no other relevant
operation within 5 minutes. After the countdown is completed, the Wiper motor will start the cleaning work back
and forth about 15 minutes.
10. 步骤 7 完成后,请手动关闭系统的进口出口阀并且确认关闭,防止在 BWMS 系统未开启时,有不干净的水

进入系统,影响过滤器。
After Step 7 is completed, manually close the inlet and outlet valves of the system and confirm that they are
closed to prevent unclean water from entering the system when the BWMS system is not turned on, affecting the
filter.

11. 注意事项[Precautions]:

①:BWMS 系统过滤器的排污口与排污泵之间的手动涡轮蝶阀请保持“常开”状态, 排污阀 BV6 后面的手动蝶


阀请保持“常开”状态,因为系统内 BV6 是常闭状态,需要反洗的时候,BV6 会自动打开;
The manual turbine butterfly valve between the blowdown port of the BWMS system filter and the sewage
pump should be “normally open”, and the manual butterfly valve behind the blowdown valve BV6 should be
“normally open”, because the BV6 in the system is normally closed and requires reverse, when Flushing
needed, BV6 will open automatically;
②:保养事项,系统用完后【或长时间不用】,建议用淡水进行保养,请将系统内部管路的海水放空后,注入淡
水。主要是“过滤器”和紫外反应器”部分。
Maintenance matters, after the system is used up [or not used for a long time], it is recommended to use
fresh water for maintenance. Please empty the seawater in the system's internal pipeline and fill it with fresh
water. Mainly the "Filter" and “UV Reactor” sections.
③:在系统总电断电后,请务必将系统的进出口阀门关闭,防止不干净的水进入后阻塞过滤器。
After the main power of the system is cut off, please be sure to close the inlet and outlet valves of the
system to prevent unclean water from blocking the filter.
④:紫外照度传感器 IT 若检测数值太低,可将其拆出,酒精清洗下检测面。
If the detection value of the UV illuminance sensor IT is too low, you can remove it and clean the detection
surface with alcohol.
