Complaint Ae:ainst Celcom Axiata Berhad For Sendine: Con SMS.
The above matter refers.
2. I enclosed herewith the original letter which I had faxed to you on Friday 06th/04/2012
at 12.20 pm , for your perusal and action.
3. I also attached a photocopy of complaint case No. C 081204-10846509 , filed on
Thursday 04th/12/2008 at Celcom Branch in Seberang Jaya, Penang (appendix 1 ) .
Subject: "Complaint case for SMS Content Provider" .
The above complaint was for cheating and fraud. I made a mistake of not filing a proper
Police report. The complaint was buried in the Celcom Branch Office.
Please refer to appendix 2: November 2008 bill for telephone No. 013-450 7861, used by
my son . He was in 6 th grade then ( 12 yrs ) . On 28th/lO/2008 ( Tuesday) at 08 : 21 am
my son was in his class and the telephone was in my house. So how can he sent 1
download from 36699 the OEN-X game?
This is why I said Celcom Axiata Berhad is unscruplous and cheats the customer . You
had a similar case history with us .
4. For your information my telephones donot have 30 capability (Motorola W5lO and
Nokia 1600 ) . The Internet function had also been locked out on 17th 111/2008 by your
vendor (please refer No. 12 - item 0: update is required) .
5. I maintain herewith my demand for Celcom Axiata Berhad for a written explaination
and apology as stated in my letter. I charge that Celcom Axiata Berhad had intentionally
victimised and cheated us .
