Migration from one plan to another :


Migration from one prepaid plan to other (except Pyari Jodi & Student Special plan ) will be allowed. In order to facilitate easy migration from one plan to other, the following Migration Vouchers may be used. These are available through C-Top-up. Migration to the following Prepaid Plans -> Saral Anant -> 1p/sec -> all @ 49 -> 2G Special -> 3G Special MRP of Migration Voucher (Incl. of S. Tax) Rs.1 Rs.2 Rs.3 Rs.4 Rs.5

Top-up vouchers : There will be no recharge vouchers from now for extension of validity. All the existing C-topup vouchers are withdrawn & all printed recharge vouchers have been converted to Top-up vouchers and will be allowed as top-up vouchers. Extension of validity for all prepaid plans except Saral Anant Plan will be as under :

1. 2. 3. The minimum Recharge condition for Saral Anant will be Rs.200 over a period of 6 months. Saral Anant customer before 15th July 2011 will enjoy MRC facility of Rs. 55 & 180 days till 21-12-2011. All the printed recharge vouchers are converted to Top-up vouchers & the talk time & validity will be governed in accordance with the Top-up table given above.
