EXT. TIMMY’S HOUSE - MORNING - ESTABLISHING

A ROOSTER sits on the roof.

1 ROOSTER
(BORED) Cock-a-doodle...whatever.

INT. TIMMY’S BEDROOM – MORNING

1A TIMMY
(snoring)

TIMMY sleeps. The CLOCK ticks, then wakes him with a low, bored
beep. A bored COSMO AND WANDA awaken in their fishbowl. Timmy
hits the clock and stops the beep.

2 TIMMY
Here we go. Another boring day.

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. KITCHEN - A BIT LATER

Timmy enters. A bored MOM is cooking, a bored Dad sits reading the
NEWSPAPER. Dad flips the pages.

3 DAD
Sports. Same. News. Same. Weather. Hey!

4 TIMMY AND MOM

(EXCITED) What?

5 DAD
Same.

Timmy and Dad boringly pick up their spoons, then lower them to a
bowl that’s not there yet. Mom slips BOWLS OF OATMEAL in place -
perfect, practiced timing.

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. SCHOOL HALLWAY - LATER

Timmy passes a bored CHESTER and AJ.

6 TIMMY, CHESTER AND AJ

ON TIMMY, CHESTER and AJ in Gym Shorts.

Timmy passes a bored Chester and AJ as they leave.

8 TIMMY, CHESTER AND AJ

See ya.

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. TIMMY’S LIVING ROOM - NIGHT

Timmy is on the couch as MOM and DAD enter with a VIDEO.

9 DAD
Guess what boring video we rented?

10 MOM
The “Boring Dog that could shoot Boring
Hoop!”

Dad pops the tape in. Suddenly... SFX: BOOM!

11 ANNOUNCER (V.O.)
Detective Ryan McCain is a loose cannon cop
who doesn’t play by the rules in... Loose
Cannon Cop!

12 DAD
Egad! In my advanced state of lethargy, I must
have grabbed something interesting by
mistake!

13 TIMMY
(mesmerized by movie)
Come on, Guys! Can we watch it? Please?
Please? Please?

Mom and Dad share a nervous look as we...

INT. TIMMY’S LIVING ROOM - LATER

Timmy - still watching the movie - sits goggle-eyed on the couch. His
parents sit right next to him, terrified. Wanda and Cosmo are disguised
as REMOTE CONTROLS.

14 WANDA
Wow. This movie is violent AND stupid!

15 COSMO
I know! Id’ve settled for just one!

SFX: MORE EXPLOSIONS. TIRES SCREECH! MORE! MORE! MORE!

CAMERA TRUCKS IN on Timmy who drools over the action!!!

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. TIMMY’S BEDROOM - NIGHT

ON COSMO AND WANDA - in their fairy form, floating next to Timmy’s

bed.

16 TIMMY (OS)
<”Pow! Pssh! Boom!” Noises>

Timmy shoulder rolls across the floor, pretending to dodge some sort of
enemy attack.

17 COSMO
Aww! That is so sweet! Look at how much of a
bad impression that movie made on Timmy!

Timmy, in PJ’s, jumps onto his bed, holding a SOLDIER ACTION FIGURE.
He rips it’s head off and throws it like a grenade.

18 TIMMY
BOOM!! Ha! Ha! Action movies are awesome!

19 WANDA
I know, but it WAS just a movie!

20 TIMMY
So what? In that movie, life was exciting! I
want a life like that! A surprise around every
corner! Action everywhere you look!

21 WANDA
But, Timmy... that would be dangerous!

Not to me! I’d be the hero, and nothing bad

ever happens to the hero! I wish my life was
exactly like an action movie!! Action… YAWN...

22A TIMMY
(snoring)

Timmy falls sound asleep. Cosmo and Wanda <GULP> then raise their
wands. - EXPLODING POOF!

DISSOLVE TO:

EXT. TIMMY’S HOUSE -MORNING -SAME ESTABLISHING AS BEFORE.

The rooster sits the roof. Same as before.

23 ROOSTER
Cock-a-doodle...

BOOM! The rooster explodes!

CUT TO:

INT. TIMMY’S BEDROOM - MORNING

EXACT shot of the first morning.

23A TIMMY
(snoring)

Timmy asleep in bed. The clock ticks then...BOOM! EXPLODES!

Timmy’s thrown out of bed! Timmy flips and lands nimbly on the floor.
A trap door opens - several COBRAS pop up. Timmy pulls out a WHIP
and dramatically lashes it around a ceiling lamp to avoid falling in.

24 TIMMY
Snakes. I hate snakes.

The trap door shuts. Timmy drops. A GIANT BOULDER rolls towards
him. He flips out of the way as it rolls over his bed, through the wall
and OS.

25 TIMMY
Cool! I mean...”That was close!”

Timmy looks at the Godparents, who are in their fishbowl. They pop
out, wearing Tuxedos.

26 TIMMY
Nice tuxes, you guys! What’s going on?

27 WANDA
What you wished for!

Cosmo and Wanda wave their wands and POOF! Timmy’s room is now
transformed into an amazing “Spy Headquarters.”

28 COSMO
Your life is now an action movie!

Suddenly -- HENCHMEN - all wearing identical jumpsuits and clown

make-up - come out of every possible hiding place in his room. Each
juggle three BOWLING PINS.

29 TIMMY
COOL! A squad of...clown thugs?

Several bowling pins whip past Timmy’s head.

30 COSMO
Don’t knock ‘em ‘till you’ve fought ‘em!

31 WANDA
Quick, Timmy! Here!

Wanda waves her wand. Twin LASER BLASTERS <shoop> down

Timmy’s sleeves and onto his wrists. Timmy, instantly getting it, zaps
away the bad guys, rapid fire.

32 TIMMY
Breakfast is served.

Timmy’s ready to race out. Cosmo and Wanda fly in and block him.

33 WANDA
Hold on, Big Guy! You can’t go out and beat
baddies in your PJs!

Wanda waves her wand. POOF! Timmy wears a dirty T-SHIRT and
grimy Cargo PANTS like Ryan McCain in Loose Cannon --Timmy looks in
the mirror.

34 TIMMY
Wow! I’ve got five o’clock shadow!

35 COSMO
And it’s only 7 am!

Wanda hands Timmy a watch-like WRIST COMMUNICATOR device.

36 WANDA
Here Timmy! You might need this!

A watch?

38 WANDA
It’s not just a watch...

Wanda presses a button on the watch. A FUNNEL pops up out of the

watch.

39 WANDA
It’s a magic powered wrist communicator! It
sucks up magic so you can stay in touch with
us!

Cosmo and Wanda wave their wands and BURSTS OF MAGIC fly INTO
the communicator via the funnel. The communicator comes to life and
displays: “BREAKFAST!!!”

40 TIMMY
Whoa! I’m late for breakfast!

Timmy breaks down the door and somersaults out.

CUT TO:

INT. KITCHEN - SAME TIME

Dad wears a TRENCH COAT, Mom a slinky evening GOWN. A PIANO

PLAYER plays a moody piece. The room is lit like a classic film noir.
Timmy descends into scene via “Mission: Impossible” WIRES and
hovers over the table. Dad talks into his CUFF LINK.

41 DAD
Sports. ACTIONY! News. ACTIONY! Weather!
Hey!

42 TIMMY AND MOM

What?

43 DAD
A 100 percent chance... of ACTION!

Timmy back-flips to the floor. He takes one step and stops. A WALL OF
FLAMES shoots up in front of him, then settles. He continues walking.
THE FLAMES shoot up behind him. Timmy sits and speaks into his
WRIST COMMUNICATOR.

44 TIMMY
Acquiring nutrition. Over.

Dad passes Timmy a micro-tape RECORDER. Timmy listens.

45 DAD (ON TAPE)

Pass the butter. This tape will now self-destruct.

Timmy passes the butter as the tape player explodes. The

communicator BEEPS and reads “TIME FOR SCHOOL.”

46 TIMMY
Oh no! I’m late for school!

Timmy leaps to his feet, and hits his BELT BUCKLE. A JET PACK pops
out on his back.

47 TIMMY
Explosions, villains, and jet packs out of
nowhere! I should have wished for my life to
be like this years ago!

He rockets through the window and off to school.

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. SCHOOL HALLWAY - LATER

ON A LOCKER DOOR. The door flies open with a kick as Timmy jumps
out. Cosmo and Wanda are POSTERS on the inside locker door. A now-
chubby Chester enters with AJ.

48 CHESTER AND AJ
Hey.

49 TIMMY
Hey. Chester? Did you gain weight?

50 CHESTER
(out of breath) Sure! I’m the... tubby...sidekick!

51 AJ
(British accent)
And I’m the effete, British gadget guy! Look at
this ROCKET LAUNCHER-SLASH-NUMBER TWO
PENCIL!

Timmy clicks the eraser. A PENCIL-LEAD flies down the hallway,

blowing a hole in the wall.

52 TIMMY
Awesome!

53 CHESTER
(out of breath) C’mon...Champ, you’re gonna
be...late...for...

Chester looks to see Timmy has already left.

54 CHESTER
... gym!

CUT TO:

INT. GYMNASIUM - LATER

Timmy slides down a BATPOLE into the gym. We see that Timmy is
surrounded by the circular LOGO from the James Bond movies,
accompanied by the appropriate music. Timmy strikes a defensive
pose.

55 TIMMY
It’s quiet in here... TOO quiet!

NINJAS come at Timmy from every angle.

56 TIMMY
I need weapons!

POOF! Cosmo and Wanda, peering from under the bleachers, supply
Timmy with a BO STICK which he uses to effortlessly dodge and trip the
bad guys.

ON COSMO AND WANDA as different ninjas fly around them. They duck
as they talk.

57 COSMO
Wow! Timmy’s really kicking butt!

58 WANDA
Yeah... but I got a bad feeling about this.
Things always go from bad to worse in action
movies.

59 COSMO
Really? Like how?

60 JORGEN (OS)
Like this! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Jorgen’s BIG WAND dips in and Poofs! Cosmo and Wanda away.

ON TIMMY as he uses a series of karate moves to take out the three

ninjas.

61 TIMMY
Cool! I wish I had more ninjas to fight!
(beat; they’re not here)

Timmy looks at his magic powered wrist thing.

ON MONITOR: WE SEE COSMO AND WANDA POOF INTO CHAIRS, TIED

UP, BACK-TO-BACK, IN A SMALL CAGE.

62 WANDA (THROUGH SPEAKER)

How will we get out of here?

63 COSMO (THROUGH SPEAKER)

Don’t worry, I’m gonna pick the lock!

Cosmo picks up a little PINK LOCK with his feet.

64 COSMO (THROUGH SPEAKER)

I pick this one! Isn’t it cute?

65 TIMMY
They’ve been captured!

Timmy hits his belt buckle and the jet pack pops off.

66 TIMMY
I have to track them down and save them?
COOL! This movie rocks!

Timmy blasts through the gym ceiling as we...

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. - TIMMY’S BEDROOM / SPY LAIR - LATER

Timmy sits at a big “BAT-COMPUTER,” frantically tapping away at

keyboards. He has the wrist communicator plugged into the BIG
MONITOR.

67 TIMMY
Let’s see... if I use the communicator to locate
their magic, I should be able to pinpoint their
location!

ON SCREEN - A big CASTLE on the outskirts of town.

68 TIMMY
Ah-ha! Okay... now all I gotta do is figure out
who took them...

ON THE BIG MONITOR - The view changes. We now see a ROOM inside
of the castle. Jorgen Von Strangle steps into frame, wearing an eye
PATCH and holding a muscular CAT.

69 JORGEN (THROUGH SPEAKER)

It was me! I -- Jorgen Von Strangle, very tough
fairy and obligatory action movie villain.

He produces a MAGIC DRAINING DEVICE -- A big bazooka-type thing

with a metal kitchen drainer at the end.

70 JORGEN
I, my muscles and my buff cat, Kibbles, plan to
drain all the magic in the world!

71 TIMMY
But why?

72 JORGEN
I’m still working that out.

He POOFS Wanda and Cosmo in to float in mid-air, tied up. He zaps

them with the drainer. Bright bursts of magic drain out of them and
into Jorgen, making him larger. Cosmo and Wanda start shriveling and
looking older!

73 WANDA
Timmy! Help! He’s taking our magic!

74 COSMO
(looking at Wanda)
Hey, I like older women -- but not that old --
wait -- wait -- STOP!

75 TIMMY
You’ll never get away with this!

76 JORGEN
How? You’re all alone, Little Action Boy. And
once I get all the fairy magic in the world, I will
be unstoppable!

ON MONITOR -- Jorgen POOFS OS.

Suddenly, Timmy’s room becomes a sea of flashing red lights. The BIG
COMPUTER SCREEN flickers and we see...

ON MONITOR - EXT. DIMMSDALE ELEMENTARY- Jorgen POOFS in.

77 JORGEN
Now! Show me the Fairies!

78 TIMMY (VO)

Oh no! He’s going after all the fairies in

Dimmsdale! I’ve gotta stop him! This is my
movie!

CUT TO:

INT. SCHOOL HALLWAY - MOMENTS LATER

Jorgen storms past classroom doors, blasting holes in the walls with his
wand to reveal the terrified STUDENTS inside. They run for their lives.

QUICK MONTAGE OF JORGEN GRABBING GODPARENTS

* Jorgen blasts open a supply closet to reveal KID #1 hiding inside with
his FAIRY GODPARENTS. Jorgen zaps the godparents, draining all their
magic into himself. He gets bigger while they shrivel up totally.

79 KID #1
No! Binky! Winky!

* KID #2 runs for his life as a blast from the zapper hits his backpack -
which deflates. The kid stops and pulls his shriveled GODPARENT out
of it. He cries.

80 KID #2
Mister Wizzle! NOOO!!!

* On a fire extinguisher, hanging on the wall. Jorgen blasts it away to

reveal a GODPARENT and KID#3, scrunched up behind it, forming it’s
exact shape. A blast from the magic drainer shrivels the GODPARENT.
The kid also cries.

81 KID #3
Sue!

CUT TO:

INT. JORGEN’S LAIR - WANDA AND COSMO’S CAGE - SAME TIME

Wanda and Cosmo are tied up, old and shriveled and weak.

82 WANDA
We have to get out of here, Cosmo! We need a
plan!

83 COSMO
How about this? You sit there tied up, and I’ll
sit here tied up!
(beat)
Hey! It’s working!

CUT TO:

EXT. SCHOOL - SAME TIME

ABOVE SHOT - as Timmy flies into scene with his Jetpack. It’s a
disaster area.

84 TIMMY
The horror! The pure, unadulterated, PG-13
Horror! What have I done?

ANGLE ON - Various KIDS, looking for their fairies.

85 KIDS
(Looking for Fairy walla)

86 TIMMY
I just wanted an exciting life! I didn’t want
everyone else’s to stink!

Timmy pulls out his watch and hits a button. We see Cosmo and
Wanda on the screen, veeeery shriveled now.

87 TIMMY
Cosmo! Wanda! I wish every thing was back
to normal!

ON THE LOCATOR - Wanda and Cosmo look terrible and Jorgen stands
over them, sucking their magic out.

88 WANDA
We can’t... magic...almost drained...

89 COSMO
You mustn’t blame yourself, even though it is
all your fault...

90 WANDA
Timmy... remember... we love you...

The locator fuzzes out. They’re gone. Timmy lands in the middle of
the “wreckage.”

91 TIMMY
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

ON MONITOR -- Jorgen appears on the monitor.

92 JORGEN
HA! And just to totally kick you while you are
down, look!

Chester and AJ are hanging over a pit of snapping PIRANHAS and are
being lowered slowly towards it.

93 TIMMY
Chester! AJ!

PAN OVER to reveal MOM AND DAD, pinned, with a LASER BEAM
moving slowly toward them.

94 TIMMY
Mom! Dad!

We PAN OVER TO A JAMES BOND look-alike on a big spinning WHEEL.

Knives are flying at him.

95 TIMMY
I don’t know that guy.

ON TIMMY

96 TIMMY
This isn’t what I expected! Everybody I care
about is in danger and it’s all my fault!
(very determined)
I made this world a cruddy movie… and now
I’ve got to set it right!
(to Jorgen)
You’ve pushed me too far, Von Strangle! I may
have goofed things up...
(extreme close up)
...but now... I’m un-goofing them!

DISSOLVE TO:

EXT. JORGEN’S LAIR - ESTABLISHING - SAME TIME

A sleek, castle-like compound, surrounded by a moat.

CUT TO:

EXT. ABOVE JORGEN’S HQ - LATER

ON A PLANE - Timmy jumps out. A PARACHUTE opens. He lands in a

FOREST outside the castle.

ON A TREE - Timmy reaches around the tree, and pulls A GUARD, three
times his size, behind it. We hear an IMPACT GRUNT.

Timmy walks out, wearing the SUIT. IT DOES NOT FIT.

CUT TO:

ON COMPOUND ENTRANCE

Timmy walks up, sleeves and pants dangling like garden hoses. He
waves, sleeves slapping around.

97 TIMMY
Hey, guys!

Timmy enters, without question.

98 GUARD
Hey, did Bob lose weight? And mass?

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. JORGEN’S MAIN CHAMBER - MOMENTS LATER

Jorgen is extremely huge and muscular, full of the world’s magic. So

much so, MAGIC occasionally leaks out of him in bright beams, hitting
other things, turning them into bunches of FLOWERS, DOVES, RABBITS
IN HATS, etc. We see Timmy around a corner, ripping off the guard
suit, revealing the Ryan McCain outfit.

99 JORGEN
HA! I have all the world’s fairy magic! I am the
most powerful Fairy in the universe! All I need
now is...
(beat)
...My cat. Where is Kibbles?

100 TIMMY (OS)

Looking for something?

REVEAL Timmy, dramatically lit, spinning Kibbles like a baton.

101 JORGEN
Kibbles! Give him back!

INCLUDE WANDA AND COSMO’S CAGE, which holds what’s left of them,
LITTLE PILES OF DUST WITH CROWNS. Timmy turns to Jorgen with a
dramatic look.

102 TIMMY
Then give me back my godparents! And my
parents! And my friends!

103 JORGEN
How will you stop me, Little Boy? I have all the
magic in the world!

Jorgen raises his wand and fires at Timmy. BOOM! Timmy dodges the
blast, but Kibbles is turned into a WHITE TIGER.

Timmy lands behind a gigantic round TABLE. We hear a BOOM! Timmy

kicks the table up just in time for it to get blasted. The table turns into
a bouncing rubber BALL as Timmy dives OS. Timmy lands by a BIG
GLASS SHARK TANK.

104 TIMMY
He’s too powerful! All I have left is this wrist
thingie Cosmo and Wanda gave me, but it’s all
out of magic, and Cosmo and Wanda don’t
have any left!

BOOM! Timmy dives. The blast turns the tank and sharks into pile of
FLOWERS.

ON TIMMY as he lands in a corner. Jorgen approaches.

105 TIMMY
But Jorgen does! And I can use his!
(to Jorgen)
Come on! Is that the best you can do?

106 JORGEN
I can do better!

107 TIMMY
Can not, you jar-headed jerk! You can’t even
hit me!

108 JORGEN
Can too!

109 TIMMY
Can not!

110 JORGEN
YES!
(Raises his wand)
I...

Timmy hits the button on his communicator and the little “suck up the
magic funnel” pops out. He raises it in front of him like a shield.

111 JORGEN
CAN!

BOOM! A “beam” of magic blasts from the wand and plows into the
funnel.

112 JORGEN
Hey... what... what are you doing?

113 TIMMY
Ha! Sucker!

Timmy hits more buttons on the wrist thing and the magic starts to
pour out of Jorgen. He begins to shrink in size.

114 JORGEN
No! Stop! You are taking all my magic!

115 TIMMY
It was never yours in the first place!

Jorgen is now regular sized and shrinking fast.

116 JORGEN
NO! NO! NOOOO!!!

Jorgen shrinks and then... POOF! Disappears!

ON CHESTER AND AJ - they stop dropping.

ON MOM and DAD - the laser stops.

ON TIMMY - he walks up to Cosmo and Wanda’s cell. We hear a

RUMBLING:

117 TIMMY
Huh?

ON COMMUNICATOR - it’s starting to short out.

118 TIMMY
It’s got too much magic in it! It’s gonna blow!

Timmy hits a button on his belt. His Jetpack pops out. He swiftly ties
the communicator to the jet pack and launches it through the roof.

ON JET PACK - as it flies higher, and higher... the communicator

explodes with a BOOM!

CUT TO:

EXTREME LONG SHOT OF THE EARTH

We see the explosion. Beams of magic zip all over the globe.

ON KID ONE - SADLY HOLDING HIS “FAIRY TOWEL PARENTS.”

A BEAM OF MAGIC hits the fairies. They fill up like balloons, to normal
size.

119 KID #1
Binky! Winky!

ON KIDS TWO and THREE - holding their shriveled godparents. Beams

hit them and THEY fill up.

120 KID #2 AND #3

WOO HOO!

ON TIMMY - NEXT TO THE COSMO AND WANDA DUST PILES.

121 TIMMY
Guys... I’m so sorry...

A beam of magic hits Cosmo and Wanda, turning THEM back to normal!

122 COSMO AND WANDA

(VARIOUS WE’RE FILLING UP NOISES)

123 COSMO
We’re young!

124 WANDA
We’re magic!

125 COSMO
And we’re not dust! Thank goodness! I was
allergic to myself!

Timmy hangs his head. In the BG, a little magic falls on Jorgen,
reviving him.

126 TIMMY
I’m so sorry my selfish wish almost ruined
everything. Can you forgive me?

Jorgen slowly, angrily, rises in the background.

127 WANDA
Already done, Timmy. We love you!

They hug again as Jorgen <ROARS> back up in BG, in that vanquished

villain coming back from being ostensibly dead moment. Cosmo flips
him over his shoulder and OS.

128 JORGEN (OS)

NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

129 WANDA
So, Timmy, got any other wishes?

JORGEN ROARS into frame again, this time a little more dazed. Wanda
smacks him OS with a karate move.

130 TIMMY
I sure do! I wish the world was back to it’s
normal, boring, safe self!

JORGEN achingly moves into frame again. Timmy flips him OS. Jorgen
explodes in the distance.

131 COSMO
You got it!

Wanda and Cosmo wave their wands: <POOF!>

DISSOLVE TO:

EXT. TIMMY’S HOUSE - MORNING - ESTABLISHING

The rooster sits on the house... looking very nervous.

132 ROOSTER
Cock a doodle...
(nervous pause)
Doo?
(another pause)
Whew.
