Vmware Design and Implementation: I was very much fortunate to be a part of this project, involved in designing, infrastructure and implantation of Virtualization technology within the Bank. Integration of Halifax Bank of Scotland & Lloyds Bank Lloyds TSB Group plc was renamed Lloyds Banking Group plc on 19 January 2009, following the acquisition of HBOS plc. Consequently the Biggest challenge for the bank was to integrate both the bank together, First Bank has to integrate all the employees within the Lloyds banking group including Halifax and Lloyds secondly integrate the hardware, software, network infrastructure and banking applications lastly to migrate all the account of Halifax Bank of Scotland to Lloyds Bank. The Project was world biggest integration project of his own kind. I was involved in this project from the start to the end, worked closely with network infrastructure team, IT Security, Software Deployment, Core Banking Team, Telephony Team, Incident Management team and Email & Messaging Team.
Payment Protection Insurance After the government legislation regarding PPI bank has to make sure to provide best customer services to the customers. I am currently working for his project and my duty is to help colleague who facing any problem regarding PPI queries, my duty is to creating users, password management, and access related issue, to ensure availability of the systems, logged and flag major issue with incident management team.
