The document describes results from an experiment observing cheek cells under microscopes with different objectives. Table 1 shows pictures of cheek cells viewed under low and high power objectives, while Table 2 shows drawings of the same. Under low power, nuclei are visible in stained blue cells, but structures are unclear. High power shows transparent cytoplasm and cell membranes around clearly visible blue-stained nuclei in irregularly shaped cells. Figure 2 depicts a typical cell drawing with labeled organelles. References and group members are listed.

Based on our experiment, the human cheek cells under the low power objective are visible in stained blue due to the blue dye but the different parts of the cells are not clearly seen but the nucleus is quite distinguishable. On the other hand, under the high power objective the human cheek cells still showed a stained blue color but we now saw clearly the transparent cytoplasm and cell membrane, the nucleus is visibly seen due to the blue dye. In both pictures, the human cheek cells exhibit numerous irregular shapes. On the images took from other peoples experiment, we can see the similarities from the images from our experiment. They both displayed the acceptable form and shape of a human cheek cells under the high power objective and low power objective of a microscope.

Part two of the Worksheet number 1 was a drawing of a typical cell with its organelles as well as its functions. Figure 2 below shows the groups effort in achieving the said activity.
