1. Desired Results
Key Questions: What are you expected to do? I am expected to achieve the best in all the three fields as mentioned by the school. What are you expected to get done? I am expected to get my results upgraded in all three aspects namely, Physical well-being, Character building and Academic excellence. What are you expected to achieve? I am expected to achieve all of my targets without hidering the progressive process of my classmates, What are you expected to display? I am expected to display an overall excellence in all the three aspects as mentioned. Character building getting the highest priority. What are you expected to change? I am expected to change all of my weaknesses to strength by the end of the academic year. What are you expected to learn? I am expected to get the fullest of whatever the teachers provide me, be it academic knowledge of moral values.
Process: Work on the Gaps: Identify Where you are Identify Where you want to be/ ought to be Recognise the differences Identify areas that you want to work upon Consider at least the following: Paradigms, Values, Skills, Practices, Conduct Work on the Potential: Identify what could be nurtured Think in terms of exceptional talents, skills, habits
2. Guidelines
Key Questions: What are the Critical Yes-Yess that you must follow (things that are highly desirable)? Academic excellence Physical Well-being Participation in all the possible co-curricular events
Improvement in discipline and attitude Getting the best of the teachers Using technology to the maximum possible limit What are the Critical No-Nos that you must avoid (things that are highly unacceptable)? Misbehave in class Arguing with the teachers Wasting time in class
Process: Consider at least 1 of the following: Code of Conduct, Policies, Procedures, Rituals
3. Resources
Key Questions: What would be required by you to do your work? I will require the full support of my teachers, classmates and my fellow classmates. I will require the most valuable time of all of them to help me to achieve my targets. What would be provided to help you do your work? I hope that the organization provides me with its most valuable time and support and also with all the material facilities required like hard copies and soft copies of assignments and test papers and also a Wi-Fi connection to help us take the maximum use of technology in school.
Process: o For each Desired Result identify Resources o Consider at least the following: Human-support, Training, Guidance, Materials, Equipment, Space
4. Accountability
Key Questions: What aspects of your performance will be assessed? All of the three aspects that I have mentioned prior to this should be assessed as well as if any more aspects the teacher feels important to be assessed should be assessed with full authority Who all will assess? Any teacher or staff member of the school is completely eligible to assess me on any of the correct backgrounds. How often? In what way? According to me, it is upon the teacher how frequently and in which manner to assess a students progress. So I dont have any objection onto how do the teachers assess me plus I have full faith on the teachers on the manner of their assessment knowledge. How do we define success, partial-success, failure? For me I suggest you to define only and only success as I think that I will set an achievable taget for myself and will take all the steps to do so.
5. Consequences
Key Questions: What are the consequences of achieving success, partial-success, failure? Partial success and failure is nothing the sort of what I can understand so I will heartily request the teachers to help me achieve my target.
