Please note that the claim will be processed ONLY if the Name on the invoice, identity proof and the name registered on the registration site is same. We request your attention to this point and submission of appropriate details to ensure timely claim approval.
Terms and Conditions 1.Offer Applicable for Customer / End Users ONLY . 2.This offer is ONLY valid for end customer purchases made between 16th August to 15th October. 3.Please check with your retailer on the validity of the offer on your purchase. 4.After submitting the details on this form, customer will get an email with a redemption reference code with details of redemption process. Please mention reference code for any queries related to the oer. 5.Customer has to send a copy of the invoice, the serial number cut out from the laptop box , a copy of ID proof ( Student I card, driving license, PAN card, Election Card, Passport) along with the cheque to HP redemption cell. 6.Cheque/DD to be made in the name of "Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt
Ltd". 7.Cheque/DD amount will be Rs.1499/- + service tax = Rs.1700/-. 8.The serial number of the Notebook will be used to check validity of the offer on the Notebook. 9.The customer has to register within 12 days of purchase of Notebook and relevant documents have to reach HP redemption Cell within 15 days of registration. 10.HP redemption Cell will process the claim and send an approval email and sms to the customer within 7 days of receiving the documents, subject to cheque realization. The digital Care Pack certificate ( Extended Warranty Certificate) will be issued to the customer within 30 days of the approval of claim. 11.The redemption site will ONLY be active till Oct 30th, midnight. 12.All customer queries regarding the oer can be directed to notebook@solutionsintg.com. Please quote the redemption reference code for all communications.
