Upon consideration of the third motion (the Motion) of Westcliff Medical Laboratories, Inc. and BioLabs, Inc., the Chapter 11 debtors and debtors in possession herein (collectively, the Debtors), for authority to continue their retention and payment of compensation to FTI Consulting, Inc. (FTI) and Matthew Pakkala (Pakkala), the Debtors Chief Restructuring Officer, the notice of the Motion, the Memorandum of Points and Authorities in support of the Motion (the Memorandum), the declaration of Pakkala in support of the Motion, no opposition to the Motion having been filed, and for good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: (1) (2) The Motion is hereby granted in its entirety; and The Debtors are hereby authorized to continue their retention and payment of
compensation to FTI/Pakkala in the manner described in the Memorandum; in particular, without limiting the foregoing, a. from April 1, 2011 through August 31, 2011, an hourly rate of $675 for
services provided by Pakkala on an as needed basis, and b. continued reimbursement of Pakkala for his expenses.
