NOTICE OF RECLAMATION CLAIMS THE DEBTORS DEEM TO BE VALID
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to the Order (A) Establishing
Procedures for Treatment of Valid Reclamation Claims and (B) Prohibiting Third Parties from
Interfering with Delivery of the Debtors Goods [Docket No. 291] (the Reclamation Order),
entered on June 9, 2005, the above-captioned debtors (collectively, the Debtors) filed on
September 7, 2005 the attached reclamation analysis (the Reclamation Notice) with the United
States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Michigan, Southern Division (the Court). The
Reclamation Notice sets forth what the Debtors believe to be the actual amount of each

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT it is the Debtors position that the
rights of the reclamation claimants, if any, are subordinate to, and may be extinguished by, the
claims of the Debtors prepetition secured lenders.

Reclamation Notice constitutes a waiver of the Debtors rights or the rights of their prepetition or
postpetition secured lenders with respect to reclamation claims, and all such rights are hereby
reserved.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT pursuant to the Reclamation Order,
all parties in interest have the right and opportunity to object to the inclusion or omission of any
asserted reclamation claim in the Reclamation Notice as set forth therein. If you wish to object
to the Reclamation Notice, or if you want the Court to otherwise consider your views on the
Reclamation Notice, no later than September 27, 2005 at 4:00 p.m., prevailing Eastern Time,
(the Objection Deadline) you or your attorney must file with the Court a written response,
