1. Management shall deposit an Endowment Fund of Rs. 50,000/- in form of FDR in favour of Dean, College Development Council, Punjabi University, Patiala for starting Arts/Science/Commerce/I.T./Professional College. 2. The financial resources of the college are such as to make due provision for its continued maintenance. The Management shall ensure that the college has a guaranteed annual income of at least Rs. 10 lacs. 3. The college shall have a regularly constituted Governing Body, consisting of not more than twenty persons including among others two representatives of University and the Principal of the College, as ex officio member.

That the fmancial resources ofthe college are such as to make due provision for its continued maintenance. The Management shall ensure that the college has a guaranteed annual income ofat least Rs. 10 lacs.

That the college shall have a regularly constituted Governing Body, consisting ofnot more than twenty persons including among others two representatives ofUniversity and the Principal ofthe College, as ex officio member.

ThattheTeachingStaffshall beappointedas perUGC/Universitynormsandqualificationsthroughproperly constituted selection committees. The payment ofsalary will be made as per UGC/University/Punjab Government rules. Other conditions governing the services etc., ofthe staffwill be the same as prescribed by the University so as to ensure efficient conduct ofthe course(s)/Class(es) etc., to be undertaken by the college.

That the appointment ofthe teachers (including Principal) shall be got approved from the University as per rules.

Thatdue provision will be made fora library. It will be manned by aqualified person as per University/UGC rules.

The college shall have adequate arrangements for the sports activities for the students. That where admission is sought in any branch ofexperimental science, arrangements will be made in conformity with the ordinances, for imparting instruction in that branch ofscience in a properly equipped laboratory/ museum/workshop/Botanical Garden etc.

9.

That due provision will, so far as circumstances may permit, be made for the residence ofthe Principal ofthe college and some members ofthe teaching stafFin, or nearthe college campus.

10. The tuition fees and other charges will be charged from the students at the rates as per fee structure for the course prescribed by the University from time to time.
