The material of the components quoted (either equivalent or superior one) are to be accepted by the customer in writing in the Purchase order or separately, mentioning the Drawing Number in the Purchase order does not bind SGL to follow the material given in customer drawing even during the third party inspection also (if any). Releasing the Purchase order without any specific objection over the quoted raw material & heat treatment & process (if any) will be considered as the acceptance to the alternate material / method that is suggested by SGL as per the quotation.
Cancellation
In the event of order cancellation, You shall be responsible to pay us the cost incurred by us on account of your order till the date of acceptance of cancellation by us.
