Kindly look at the Terms & Condition below: below:1) - The Registration amount will be deposit into Company Manager Account for Mobile Tower Installation. 2) - That the company shall obtain all legal, documentation in maximum 10 days. The 45 day's deadline of installation for mobile tower with satellite connection, shelter, wiring etc. (deadline of 45 days for all lation wiring necessary clearance/ document from Legal and Government Autho Authorities. 3) - The Signature Authority shall be granted to the Legal owner of his/ her Roof/ Plot/ Agricultural Land. ranted Plot/

4) - Agreement shall be made with the Lega owner only, the Advance Cheque and monthly Rent will also be Legal delivered to the Legal owner of the Roof/ Plot/Agricultural land. Agreement shall be made according to the applicant/ owner (for not less than 10 years). 5) - That agreement shall be done for 15 years rent increase @ 10% per annum. 6) - The Company Engineers Technical team will construct Mobile Tower Installation and all equipment including Shelter, Foundation, DG set, HVCS etc. 7) - Applicant should not sell the Property/ Premises during the duration of an Agreement, if he/she sold the Property/ Premises shall have to obtained N.O.C from the concern Department. 8) - That the agreement shall be made in the preference of Company Lawyer on the Stamp Paper Depend on property valuation under norms & Standard of State Government Policy according to D.O.T (Department of Telecom Authority Govt. of India). 9) - That the Successfully Applicant shall get Monthly Rent of Rs. 65,000/- & Advance of 4 Lac + job for any 40 one family person's depend on his/her qualification. 10) - That all Expenses Electricity Bill, Site Insurance i.e. shall be borne by the Company. 11) - That the Company Engineers & Technical Team will Construct the Mobile Tower Installation and all he equipment including Shelter, Foundation, Satellite Connection, Fixation Material, RF Cable, Radiation Shield, Panel Antenna, Transmission Racks, DG Set, Feeder Clamp & HVCS etc. Clamps 12)- That in the case of Mobile Tower is in the adjacent or nearby to high tension line then length from the same shall be clearly point out in the drawings. Election A Copy of Id & Address Proof i.e, Landline Telephone/ Electricity bill/ Election card/ Valid Passport. A Copy of Property Paper/ Sale deed/ Power of Attorney/ Khasra Number Report (In case of Agriculture Property). The Installation Process are as:- Site Plan And Marking - Obtained N.O.C certificate to Install up mobile tower - Liaisoning from State Government Electricity Board to take Required Electric Power - Soil test report, the foundation design and layout plan of Structure - Finalized of particular Equipment and work with the company qualified Engineers team and Infrastructure team. shelter, - The company Superintend of Civil, Electrical, foundation, shelter, installation and Contracting. - The company Supervised of Quality Inspection Report by well trained and certified Engineers Team - Site RFI/ Satellite Connection - Documentation and Legal Proceeding - Finalized Site and our Technical Department inspec the site, provide Site Overhand Certificate (Provided inspect hand by the company).
